Getting a cocktail isn't all there is to it. As opposed to a rounded basket, this is a really nice shape. By getting closer to the edge of things with this more pointed shape, you can access the edges of things quickly. The small details are important to me, though they may not seem significant to you. As I ordered the "black" color, which is more like a dark chrome, it has a very stylish appearance. The tool can be used in a variety of ways. It's a strainer that my husband uses to strain salted kraut. He scoops all the liquid out of the jar and strains it through the strainer instead of just eating it as it is. The tool has a little loop on top if you want to hang it up, but I keep mine in the drawer of odd The thing you think you don't need, but actually do, is one of those things you don't think you need.

The strainer is suitable to remove the grains of water kefir from fermented water. This cloth is easy to wash and small bits won't get caught in it. I put mine in the dishwasher to wash up.
