Without a doubt. The reason I bought it was because of that

In terms of width, it is about 1,5 inches thick It may be of help to you. The late Frank
No lacquer or coating is applied to the wood or to the bare wood. Hence, I wouldn't use the dishwasher to wash it. As time passes, you'll find the tie will dry out, discolor, and possibly break.

In spite of my efforts to like this muddler, it developed serious splits about 2 hours after I used it the first time. I returned it and ordered another one, but it was the same. The two muddlers arrived in really nice condition and look and feel fantastic, but when they split, that's one serious flaw, especially since you really can't Although it was not a problem to return them, I wanted to send a warning to customers as well as My replacement is the large top shelf black plastic muddler, which is really nice, but twice the price. I think the instructions should specify that the muddler should be oiled or, even better, come with an oil already incorporated into it. There is oil. As for pre-registration, I did not do so In my case, I didn't oil it as it was brand new and the instruction manual did not say to. that a muddler with cracks and one that cannot be sanitized is a perfect recipe for contamination as it stands.
I have used the muddler several times since receiving it on 6/1/21. A mineral oil application is necessary, according to me. In the meantime, I have just rinsed the dishes after making a drink and am ready to deal with the business. . . . Finish by wiping the bar towel along the end. It does not appear that there will be a split. I have attached a photo to prove it's the same. I recommend it if you are able to do a bit of prepping before Please see OP. The muddler looks to be well constructed and of good quality. In exchange for the muddler in the kit, which was lacquered and felt cheap, I replaced it with a rubber one. The finish it was chipping off into my cocktail was something I did not want. It has a smooth and even cut with an even texture, and feels good in the hand. Due to the unfinished nature of the wood, it would need mineral oil treatment as you would in a finished product The handle can be made of a "naked" wood, like a butcher block. For the muddler, I filled a shaker pint with food grade mineral oil and let it soak for a few hours then flipped it over to soak the It would have made sense to get all the muddler at once if you used a taller glass (part of the muddler stuck out). This is the photo that I took right after I removed the oil and wiped the excess. Before I put it in a drawer or use it, I let it acclimate for the day and wipe any excess oil off. Although I haven't used it yet, I am confident that this will resolve the issue of splitting other reviewers have encountered. Based on their photos, you can tell their muddler is dry and pale like a bone with The quality of the product would not be lowered if it had to be treated with oil once received, but it should not have to be handled that way. Experimentation is the only way to learn this. It's obvious my rig took the oil very well and turned a nice golden honey color after it had been oiled. As soon as the oil and wood acclimate, it should be well sealed to ensure unlimited cocktails without a problem. . . . (And mineral oil going into your drink is not an issue due to its hydrophobic nature, just as a butcher block or cutting board wouldn't).
This is a good choice for various reasons, and I completely agree with them. Despite being wet, it does not feel slippery and is not very slippery so you will not Although its size makes it appear bulky at first glance, if you are using it with a tall cocktail shaker or tall glass the taller muddler is convenient. Since I started using it, it hasn't absorbed any odors and looks like it is I would highly recommend it.
A product called (salad bowl finish) will seal it and last a lifetime, as long as the oil has dried completely. Once the oil has dried completely you can seal it over the bowl.
I am very pleased with it. You feel strong while holding it, and it is so smooth. The mixed drinks he has created so far have been excellent. As a result, we have been hand washing after each.
It seems to be a high-quality item, even though we haven't really used it most of the time. I think it is too big for a myriad of muddles, and it is clumsy to use because of its.
The muffler I have is nice. pack Amish butter into it and store it in a French butter storage container. Though it would be great for the head to be wider.
There is no need to worry about it fitting into a Tom Collins glass as well as being tall enough to provide a good grip on almost.
