This doesn't seem to be a sealed box. The stain is just a stain.
On the box of the 12" deluxe one, it says it was made in China, but I do not know about the 7 3/4" one. To be fair, I would also expect the same here.

The size of the event exceeds expectations. It is very easy to keep clean and use.
The tool was much smaller than I imagined, but I have enjoyed using it quite a bit since I was looking for a larger muddler. I like how well the handle feels in my hand and allows me to press firmly without losing control.
There's no need to worry.
The focal point of my bar is a piece of wood.
The split is not coming out even after I soaked it in mineral oil overnight. In case it had not split, I would've given it 5 stars without a doubt.
To clean after two uses, take it apart and wash it with.
