There is no way I know. The manufacturer would have to be contacted. In spite of it being too small to use, it is actually ergonomically designed to be comfortable and ingeniously constructed to be ergonomic and easy to set up. I have large hands and it fits my hand easily.
My Christmas gift arrived just a few days ago. My first thought when I saw the box's size was, "I'll never get that big.". What do you think of this toy for kids? I am amazed at its tiny size. This handle has a width of 2 7/8 inches. What the heck are you talking about. It is not possible for an adult to use the device without seriously injured hands. Go back straightaway.
Thanks for visiting! As I was measuring the distance between the blades of my dough blender, it came out to just under 1/2 inch. It has been used for pie crust and biscuits several times, and I have found it to be the most solid, well-seasoned product I have ever used. I thought this was the best dough blender I've ever used. It was well built and easy to clean. It's a fact that I've ruined several of them! This should help ) I hope it does!
If that is of any assistance, the company is based in Florida, but I did not see any info on the actual factory. The product however seems to be of high quality, if that is of any assistance?

It follows that Please edit I still have it over a year later, and it's in perfect working condition. Yay! It's good enough to earn my five stars. It's not uncommon for me to break tools that require any physical My fault is not klutzy or careless instead I exhibit keen attention to detail. In fact, quite the opposite is true. Other people, and even I, assume that since I'm female, I shouldn't be able to damage things. I have been scared of breaking tools since I was a teenager, but I always broke them by accident. Someone would say I couldn't break them, and then I would break them by mistake. Despite what people believe about me, I am stronger than they believe. Considering I only use pastry cutters once or twice a year, it is no surprise that I have broken two in a decade. We are going to have a different year this year. My daughter bought me this pastry cutter for Christmas this year. It is impossible for a cheap metal clip to release any metal wires. No flimsy, wavering lines of cheap metal can be seen here. My future pie crusts are protected from annihilation by thick bands of metal, while I am safeguarded from culinary humiliation by these bands. The sturdy dough cutter has been a great help. We are grateful for the future pies we will make without suffering.
They produce great products that I really enjoy. This is a great product that provides good value for the money. It's sharp and does its job In addition, its handle provides an easy grip which lets the tool be easily held while cutting. Zulay has a great product, and I will continue to purchase from them.
In the reviews prior to my purchase, I saw a few things that I would like to respond to. Folks say they got a smaller one or it was too small for their hands in the beginning. To make sure I would be able to wear it, I measured the width of my hand before purchasing. This tool is ideal for someone with small hands. It is not ideally suited to people with large hands. Despite this caveat, the company does offer a larger model, but for this price, I decided not to purchase it instead since this smaller version is stronger. Handle itself is made up of one piece of solid wood and one bolt that runs through the length of it. However, on their large version (folks had posted pictures of it breaking), this did not seem to be the case. There is absolutely nothing else I can say except that it is exceptionally sturdy, otherwise I doubt it would be much easier to deconstruct. Another issue I read in reviews was regarding quality control, specifically that the edges of the blades were not finished properly and were therefore sharp and ragged. There is no doubt about it. As you know, filing metal has a burr along the length of each blade on either side. If the tool were to be used in a plastic bowl as it is, the plastic would tear. You would end up with metal shavings in your dough as well. Fortunately, for those of you who do not wish to return the item, there is an easy solution Put it in the sand. As soon as I had sand paper of about 220 grit, I sanded the edges of each blade until they were smooth, followed by a trip through the dishwasher to ensure any metal dust was completely Even though that seems like a lot to go through for a tool that should have arrived in much better condition, I generally think this is a really solid product and should last for a very long time. Unfortunately, it only required a little care.
It has been a disappointment for me with pastry cutters in the past, largely because I view With a nice weight (without being too heavy), this pastry cutter is more than twice as sturdy and durable as anything I have ever owned. I would have purchased it for the durability alone. Even though the grip cushions just a bit, I would have purchased it regardless of cushioning. I believe this may be the last pastry cutter I ever need to purchase.
Good quality appears to have been achieved for this product. In the area along the handle of the tool where it runs to the grip, there is an uneven finishing that can be a little sharp and not clearly machined. This is not dangerous, but you can see it.
I had no issues using the pastry cutter to cut butter into my mixture. What I found strange was some of the metal edges near the handle were sharp. My hand is in contact with the edge of the cutter because of the handle's smaller size. As a result, I have to be careful when pressing not to scrape my hand. Taking advantage of the low price, I decided to keep There is just no "finished smooth edge. ".
The more I liked this, the more I wanted to like it! It would work great, except for one thing that would make it difficult. . . With the use of the handle, the handle slides and rotates. In preparation for Thanksgiving, I bought this so I could make dough quickly. The pie dough also kept slipping, so I almost rammed my hand into the mixing bowl several times when I tried to use it to make pie dough. Even though I failed to make the dough, I managed to make it. The experience, however, was uncomfortable and it necessitated that I exercise extra care. The bolts are super tight, and the door is bolted on. Even so, the plastic handle will turn fully! Sorry to hear that.
I am a novice cook and needed to master a pastry crust. I found a dough blender (a famous brand) at a garage sale, but it was difficult to use. There was a little too much flimsiness to the design. After ordering this one, I tried it when it arrived, and it is much easier to use and has a more durable feel to it. I found the distance between the ends of the 'blades' and the handle to be a little shorter thus, it made it easier to use, and more efficient. I also saw better results and needed less time to complete the task! As a result, I am happy with the product and give it five.
