The best butane cylinder torch on the market

This torch is made in Japan and is the best in every way; it is constructed of high-quality materials and is extremely durable. After purchasing several different brands, all of which are still available on Amazon, this one finally worked and didn't stop working after a month because I use the torch frequently, about 5 to 6 hours per day and 1 to 2 hours straight whenever I work with it. After three months of use, this Iwatani torch is still working like it did the first day. I strongly advise you to read this and only this. Don't bother clicking through to see what else is available.

This is an excellent torch with the ability to produce a cool flame

I enjoy lowering the heat on the flame so that I can caramelize a cream brule without burning any of the sugar. It's not just about lowering the output; it's also about controlling the flame's shape. One method is extremely focused and precise. It's diffuse and not as hot on the other hand. It was ideal for what I needed.

For Crème Brûlée, the Perfect Blow Torch I bought it to brown the sugar on top of desserts, and it works perfectly; it also comes with its own stand, which makes it very convenient to store
