It's butane, and it smells like butane. For the size, it is a bit pricey.
This was an excellent purchase because it came with a long nozzle that could be used for a variety of purposes. lighters in need of recharging.

When describing the contents of a bottle, use the term "02 oz. " 07 oz. I'm devastated. Because of its flammability, the item cannot be exchanged or returned. Purchase a BRAND NEW BRAND NEW BRAND NEW BRAND NEW.
I purchased this because I was in a hurry. Wmart would have saved me $5, but it was late, I was tired, and I had a lot of things to do the next day.
