No, it is not possible. The torch can be angled down to a maximum of 70 degrees without activating.
You could, but there is a longer version as well as one for weeds. This one is made for searing and lighting a barbecue.
A year and a half. Remove yourself from the situation. They don't follow through on their promises.

Although this is an excellent grilling concept, it could be improved. The gas is turned on by the red valve on top, and it is ignited by the trigger. Make sure this valve is securely closed. I thought it was completely closed when I closed the valve until it reached the stop. The next morning, I thought I saw a puff of flame coming from the muzzle when I returned. It had been burning since the previous evening. br>Make sure the valve is in good working order. br>After a month of use, an update is available. After removing the propane tank and replacing it with a 1 pound. Before the tank died, I received three lights from it. Even after double-checking that the valve was completely closed, gas must be leaking. This morning, I put on a third new tank and it wouldn't light. I unscrewed and re-screwed the new tank three times before getting gas and light to flow through. br>At this time, the cost of propane, combined with the inconvenience, renders this product useless. I'd look for a lighter somewhere else.
I've only had it for a week and it's already broken. It had only been used once before. It has been returned!.
This isn't working right now. It's clogged after only two propane tanks. This isn't working right now.
I adore the weapon. The problem is that the stand broke the second time I used it, and when you have a bottle connected to the torch, it won't stand up on its own, and the barrel is HOT! The only reason I didn't give it a higher rating is because of this.
It worked well in general, and I still use it for more precise work, such as creme brulee. br>br>However, if you're in a hurry to sear some meat, nothing beats the Su- Vgun! br>It's smaller than the GrillGun and, if used carefully, can be used indoors! br>I put a pan on our gas stovetop with wire grates to keep the flames contained, but that pan has taken a beating from this torch. br>br>Given how top-heavy this thing is, the Stand is a must. It's also worth noting which way it faces in the stand to avoid falling to the side. br>br>It's a little pricey, but it can quickly start campfires and fireplaces! br>Overall, this is something I would recommend!.
For your favorite charcoal/wood outdoor griller/smoker, this is the best Christmas present ever - or the age of sixteen. br>br>Starts your fire quickly and easily without leaving a chemical taste. When you get it adjusted properly, it shoots a pretty cool long blue flame that will make your local pyro happy. br>br>Strongly suggested. br>br>.
It's been working great, and I've really enjoyed being able to get all of my fires started quickly. However, it began leaking propane at the time of writing this review in December 2021. It has become necessary to disassemble it after each use, which is inconvenient.
And, as I said, it's like a mini flame thrower, how could you not want one?.
