I used it to get rid of bubbles in epoxy resin, and it worked perfectly.
Yes, these torches work well for popping epoxy bubbles; however, don't hold them too close to your face.
That's correct. It's what I use to keep the wood burning in my deck chiminea lit. I tried doing it with a cigarette lighter, but the flame blew out due to the wind. It is impossible for the torch lighter to be extinguished. The flame has a tremendous amount of strength to it. With it, I was able to solve my problem. I'm glad I went ahead and purchased it.
Because shipping the torch with gas inside is dangerous, Amazon will not allow sellers to do so.

This little device is fantastic value for money; it is attractive to the eye and has a pleasant weight and feel in the hand without being too heavy or bulky. It's simple to fill; just make sure you have butane on hand. Has a +/- To increase or decrease the intensity of the flame, use the gauge. A continuous flame lock and a safety lock are located on the top. Even when left on for a long time, the top does not appear to get too hot; When it comes to children and pets, this is a major plus. The best feature is the ignition switch. I have one of those long Bic lighters, and getting it to light takes two hands! It's incredibly simple to use the Kollea torch. It's ideal for someone with weak fingers. br>It crystallized the sugar on my grapefruit and made it super juicy, which was delicious! br>I'm excited to use it for my painting projects as well as other culinary endeavors! br>The only disadvantage, I suppose, is that it says sold by KolleaUSA, which leads one to believe it is a US product when, in fact, it is manufactured in China.
I would have given it a 5 if it hadn't been most likely used. The box had previously been opened, and it had lit before I added butane, indicating that it had previously been used. br>Apart from that, it appears to be working well. br>It arrived on time, but it wasn't well packaged, and the box was bent. br>It looks nice, is comfortable to hold in the hand, and the price was reasonable! br> I simply do not believe that used items should be sold as new. br>In addition, this is smaller than it appears, so the flame is smaller.
This torch is extremely effective. The brightness of the flame can be changed. Has a lot of power (I'm new to this, so I burned a few marshmallows). However, it appears that once I gain a better understanding of the technique, it will be fantastic. There's also a lock, so you don't have to keep pressing the button the entire time you're working. It has a lovely design.
I purchased this torch to use in my acrylic pour paintings to pop air bubbles and create cells. So far, it's been a huge success. When painting, this is a very useful tool to have.
It stopped working after 2 months. You can hear the butane coming out, but it will not light up! At first, I gave it five stars, but now I'm giving it a one-star rating.
There aren't any drawbacks that I can think of. It performs far better than the torch I paid twice as much for previously. This is simple to use. It's well-made and well-constructed. I like how it feels heavier in my hand, and it's such a good deal!.
I've just finished making my first Creme Brûlée. I'd always wanted to make them, but I didn't have a torch with which to flambé them. This is a fantastic little torch. When I first used it, the flame started to dim after a few minutes. I increased the amount of fuel about three times. (I wish there was a see-through window so I could see how much fuel is inside. ) The flame then burst forth with vigor. even. br>In the photo, the heart-shaped ones had already been flambeed, with the rounds being saved for dessert.
