The product works well and is easily cleaned

There is an end curved to make a handle out of a piece of metal. It does what it is supposed to do in terms of functionality. I like the design because it's easy to hold and use, and the quick-access stuff on the side is useful for getting stuff done quickly I haven't found a need to use them yet, although I have found them useful as a reference.

It is perfect for cutting up sourdough dough. I make sourdough, and now I have a knife I can use for that. This tool is great for working on dough as well as for scraping it I used it for a short time but it is solid and well made. It has some measurements on the side. I haven't used it much but I think it will be fine for what I need.
