In order to keep them in place, I cleaned my glass door, stuck one on very firmly per directions, and left it that way. It was in the middle of the floor when I found it in a day when I was walking through the room. The leaf fell off in a day because there was no moisture, it wasn't outside, and nothing was attached to it. You don't need to buy them. It is not like you were born yesterday. You know suction cups don't work, and these are no exception.

You can get these for $1 each at Dollar Tree. I had to get ripped off recently when I found these at dollar tree for two for a dollar. A pair of them falls every night. I've made it a habit to put them back up in the mornings. I followed the instructions and all four of them fall. Having to deal with this stinks. These are the hooks I wanted so I could hang my bath pouf and pedi-lamp In the shower, there is a tool. I bought these to replace them. Compared to the others, these are much, much more sturdy and better-looking, and I'm sure they will hold up for a long time.
