It's by far the best I've ever had!
I just sent my visiting mother into the kitchen to get this measured for you - It's 13, she says. 75 inches long - This is a book that I strongly suggest you read - It is excellent.
Yes and no; if you aren't too far away, the one-on-one option is the best option. It's a good idea to tear with one hand. You won't get the correct angle if you have to lean and reach with your arm stretched out because it's farther away; it'll still work, but you might pull a couple of extra paper towels off. So, when used properly, it is effective. This product, on the other hand, does not work for me - It might be a good fit for you (see the review).
STANDARD ROLLS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THIS ITEM. VIVA IS WHAT I USE, AND IT WORKS WONDERS FOR ME. THIS ITEM SUITS ME EXTREMELY WELL. WITH JUST ONE HAND, YOU CAN PULL OFF ONE OR MORE SHEETS AND THEY WILL STAY IN PLACE ON THE COUNTER.

I own a number of OXO items. All of them are well-crafted and reasonably priced. No exception applies to this paper towel holder. One-handed operation is a breeze thanks to a weighted base and an inner rubberized stem that keeps the roll from unraveling.
The base is made of a thin non-slip material. non-skid, Rubber ring that can be used for marking. Bounty 6=18 and 8=24 paper towels are accommodated; approximately 6 1/4" in width.
I found exactly what I needed. I was in desperate need of a simple paper towel holder, and this was the perfect solution. Over the years, I'd tried a few others that weren't quite as good. This one has a small footprint and a nice appearance. It's simple to load the paper towels, and the one-touch dispenser makes it even easier. It's also possible to use your hands to tear off the paper. The lip around it also keeps the towels from blowing around or getting sucked into my kitchen vent. br>br>I also tried the other OXO one with the arm, but it didn't work. This one is a little more difficult to come by, but it's far superior to anything I've seen or tried before.
This is my THIRD attempt at using a paper towel holder. The first was a "Joseph Joseph," which I do not recommend, and the second required me to unscrew a top before putting on a new role (which was inconvenient). This one is the simplest and most effective; all you have to do is replace the roll without unscrewing anything.
I assumed that if I ripped off one paper towel with one hand while holding the top knob with the other, I would be able to do so without holding the top knob. My husband, our 19-year-old son (an engineering student), and I discovered that grabbing a towel with one hand and pulling unrolls several towels. A pair of hands is required.
I like that it's simple to pull and won't fall over. It makes life a lot easier in the kitchen! The brushed steel color is attractive and blends in well, and the countertop footprint is smaller than I had anticipated. It looks great next to a sink, but more importantly, it has never fallen over, and I can easily remove a single towel whenever I want. My boyfriend isn't bothered by it at all, which is impressive for two clumsy people. OXO, I appreciate it!.
This towel rack from OXO is sturdy and long-lasting. The material on the bottom has a good grip on the countertop. The towel rack is sturdy and large enough to accommodate this large roll of towels. I showed the bottom of the towel rack because the manufacturers don't show it, and the bottom has this sure-footed-footed-footed-footed-footed-footed-footed-footed material for holding on to By simply sliding the roll of towels onto the spindle, it is simple to load. The spindle rotates freely but firmly grips the towel roll, preventing it from unraveling too quickly. Friction holds the roll against the spindle. To emphasize that this towel rack can easily hold a full new roll of paper towels, I left the wrapper on the jumbo paper towel roll. The towel rack can also be easily lifted by using the top knob. This is the ultimate kitchen towel rack.
This is a fantastic paper towel holder. Without tipping, it stands firm and rips. I docked a star because the top portion of the base is prone to water spots and must be wiped down frequently (especially if you're Type A like me and insist on keeping things looking clean).
