What counter tops will it stick to? Is granite the only thing it will stick to?

The clips on ours seem to be made of silicone, so they do not actually 'stick', but they do not slide. They work on stainless steel and are easy to use. As far as sustenance is concerned, it is strong enough to hold cast iron items, and also rolls up very well. A kitchen purchase I made from Amazon is one of my favorites.

Can this still be used if I do not have a double sink?

This is an easy to store product. A sturdy construction. (I live in an apartment) I got rid of my dish rack because it took up too much counter space. Clutter is not my style and other things needed the counter space (I recently had a baby), so had to make room for them. Then, I pit it under the sink to roll it up as soon as I'm done. Purchasing this was a great decision.

My daughter and I bought two of the drying racks a few months ago, and they have been great. The spindles are of good quality and have rubber coating. Very nice. I just ordered two more from OrderAgain. com. Clearly, this was created to fit aluminum sinks that are slightly smaller. Though a great idea, the finished product is not as good as the idea. You just need to make it two inches larger!.

I was tempted when it went on sale, so I thought, "Why not?"? It also stays flat, even, and steady thanks to the silicone on its edges. Roll it up toward the back in order to use the sink underneath it and it will stay in place while you use it! I find it very useful. It also saves you from the hassle of later pouring out collected water from the bowls, since they can be turned upside down to drip into the sink. Another positive feature of this box is that it can be used as a cutting surface by placing my cutting board on top of it. I am able to keep my cutting board steady from underneath with silicone. Having my own now means I will never have to buy another one, though it seems unlikely that I will ever need to replace it since this one seems to Considering it cost less than ten dollars, it was barely risky.
