However, a second rack arrived and it appeared to be worse than the first. The arms of the second rack were bent in different directions. At the 003 mark in the OXO video they have (last photo on Amazon's listing), you will see where the video is The rings line up in a line at the 003 second mark, and then all the rings line up on one side at the 03 second mark.
