Hello VeganSuperhero,br>The food steamer is made up of three transparent bowls that can be separated depending on how you want to use it. Alternatively, you can use the white ring as a separator (it comes in one piece, but you can separate it) and then top it off with the transparent lid. br>Each transparent bowl is made up of a single piece (each floor has a circular cut-out). a way for steam to get through)br>Hope this helps,br>Supersaver
It's quite restricted. Rice cookers are the best way to make rice. Rice cooked in the oven does not have the same quality as rice cooked in a rice cooker.
3 1/4”. After that, each bucket has a 3/4" retaining ring for stacking, but a 1/4" indentation reduces the net height to 3 1/2" per bucket. 7" for two people, 10 1/2" for three people. Even in storage, don't think about stacking them without the ring. You're going to smash them right away.

I needed a way to make a large amount of baby food for a freezer stash, and this steamer was ideal. Cooking a large amount of food at once is made easier by the three tiers. It's fantastic that you can keep everything separated and that you don't have to use all three tiers at the same time. For dinner sides, my husband and I use one tier, sometimes two or three tiers. It's convenient to be able to change our requirements. The bin is quite large on its own. Excellent customer service. When I first got the package, there was only one ring in it. When I contacted the company, they sent me a replacement ring right away. It went quickly and without difficulty. I would strongly suggest it. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Because cleanup is so easy, I've started using this for dinner more frequently. There is no need to use oil in the steamer, saving you money and making you healthier! This is fantastic! It's also been simple to prepare baby food. You can amass a large amount of cash in a short amount of time.
I really like this steamer. I've been cooking fish or chicken with vegetables and rice, which are both healthy meals. The containers are a little flimsy, so handle them with care. I wouldn't put them in the dishwasher because the plastic appears to melt from the heat dry setting. No problem, just wash them by hand, which is simple because steaming doesn't leave any gunky residue. I also used curry powder on some vegetables, which left a stain on the plastic. It doesn't really make a difference. The device heats up quickly and performs admirably. I try to cut up the vegetables ahead of time so they're ready to go, then toss my fish in with some organic seasoning and heat it up. If I want the vegetables to be more crisp, I remove them from the unit earlier and set them aside; I'm still working on getting the rice to cook in it. I wash the dry rice ahead of time (I learned this from the internet) and begin with the rice first; it takes a long time, and I'm still not perfect at it. yet. It's a great little unit for healthy eating at a reasonable price.
Everything turns out to be juicy and delicious. I've never tried red meat; instead, I've only tried chicken, fish, and vegetables. Eggs wrapped in tin foil I gave it a four because the plastic containers have a flimsy feel to them and can easily break if you press too hard on them while cleaning them. The plastic containers are a pain to clean because food sticks to them easily while cooking, and then all of the food residue gets stuck in the bottom holes. I didn't care for the rice bowl either, so I'm not going to use it for rice.
I read the other reviews, as did probably the majority of you. And I've had a lot of steamers over the years. As a result, I made the decision to purchase it. I really enjoy it. To those who claim it is inexpensive. not so. If you're respectful, I believe you'll get along fine. clean it. that this steamer will serve you well for a long time It's a basic steamer that costs less than $20. Get real. It's unusual that it has three stackable layers, but that's to be expected. The first layer closest to the steaming water, it appears to me, receives more steam and cooks more quickly. So that's where I put carrots and other time-consuming items, and you can play around with it. It's small, but it'll do the job.
I love being able to cook multiple things at once; for example, I steam my eggs for the week and have breakfast ready for work five days a week. ) for lunches, and then steam sausages, etc. Cleaning is a breeze. I wouldn't put this in the dishwasher, and there's no reason why it shouldn't be; it cleans up easily. What about those who object to stacking and sticking? Keep the plastic bags in which it was shipped and that should solve the problem; I store mine as shown in the photo. It's also simple to use; you can find a zillion recipes for it on the internet. I haven't used it to make rice because I'm picky and prefer to cook it in a pot on the stove. I hope this has been of assistance:.
Oh my goodness, what a time-saver! My steamer is my absolute favorite! In a matter of minutes, I can prepare a complete meal. When I get home from work, I put my meal in the oven, and it's ready by the time I get out of the shower! I'll be able to eat, unwind, and go to bed two hours earlier than usual! For someone who works 12-hour shifts seven days a week, this is a huge benefit. Alternatively, anyone who wants to save time during the day.
This steam is fantastic, and it's incredibly simple to operate. To flavor the items, simply place water in the bottom and add lemons and spices. It has three trays on which three different items can be placed. When you're putting the chicken in, make sure you get the thin strips because the thicker ones won't taste as good. It can also take up to an hour to cook, but the majority of the time is between 30 and 60 minutes. You'll have to cook for 35 minutes. It's simple to clean, but if you're cooking with chicken, soak the tray first because the meat will stick to it a little, but it's simple to clean by hand; I also have a 13-year-old son who adores the taste of the food, and it's also very healthy, and kids can help with this steamer. I adore it because it eliminates the need to cook on the stove by simply adding water and plugging it in.
I purchased a 2-tier steamer from Oyster. I saw three when I saw this and knew I had to have it. This mini steamer is not only easy to pack for travel, but it also has parts that fit both brands. When I did in-home massages, I used it to heat face towels. Apart from food, of course. The other plastic bowl that came with it is one of my favorites. It's good for steaming rice or buttering shrimp. The timer's visual guide is extremely useful.
