It is not compressing the batter enough with the wire clip on the handle. It is difficult to cut pizzelles thin enough. During my thirty-year ownership of the unit (Chef 300) i used it extensively. As the clip on the handle snapped into place, thin, round pizzelles were created. However, the nano filaments became brittle and kept breaking, which meant I had to got rid of them. In spite of more than 30 years of continuous use, I owed nothing to it. Obtain information from the manufacturer about the possibility of having the problem resolved. It was an honor to speak with.
I think my pizzelle iron is the best Thank you for putting this site up. In my role as a personal shopper, I was able to fulfill someone's wishes.
