This is exactly how it is I made Egg Foo Young myself and it was a big.
It first impressed me how flat it was, with a good seal along the bottom with minimal leakage around the bottom, and was even more impressed after lifting it off the eggs before flipping it. I really appreciate how clean this is, not even a little stickage. The same results apply to pancakes as well! Anyone who is considering purchasing this product would be wise to do so.
The content I am looking for is here, and I am in love with I wanted something that would allow me to make an omelet on a griddle while my husband made pancakes for the rest of the family while I made an egg sandwich for the kids. There is no way when I try to make scrambled eggs on a griddle that they will stay in place, and this does the trick perfectly. The pan is not only large but also has high sides so that I can arrange my peppers, onions, and mushrooms before scrambling my eggs in it. Since the item is made from stainless steel, it is very easy to maintain. Having given it six stars, I would rate it as a six out of five.

Although I have not tried it, I would think that it would work with something thicker like pancake mix. I put them in the dishwasher after use and they stay clean. I spray oil on them before using them. I also put them in the dishwasher after using them.
The batter sticks to the sides even with oil, so I tried to use it to make crepes. Furthermore, the handles will become hot when in use.
In order to remove the pancake rings, I wait until they get bubbles. The six copies I have bought so far have all been excellent. As well as being easy to clean. It keeps its shape better than the plasticy ones you can't find in the store.
Our recipe for Egg Foo Young was just what we needed. The omelet would be really good with any egg. The item works perfectly, and cleaning it is a breeze. This was a huge hit with the entire family!.
