However, I assumed that since the poaching trays hold three eggs from my current poacher, different brand, it is the same with this one as well. It is a good little egg cooker, compact, simple and convenient to use. As a result, there are issues with the size of the duck eggs. I cannot cook more than four duck eggs at a time without them turning slimy.
