That's too bad. A graduation party was held for our son, so we bought this for him. The food station was going to be the highlight of the food party because we had many children among our guests. Unfortunately, there was a loud pop and smoke emanating from the electrical components after just a few minutes. A circuit breaker tripped, fortunately preventing a fire from starting. We had to unplug the fondue fountain and reset the circuit breaker, so the celebration continued without the The disappointment is overwhelming. In my opinion, this was a cheaply made product and it is surprising that it passed UL safety testing.

I loved it a lot. I gave it to my daughter for her 16th birthday and it was a huge success. There are no problems at all, everything is perfect. This product is easily cleaned. As I mentioned earlier, I was a bit concerned at first because of all the bad reviews I read about it, but in reality it has worked great for me. Thank you.
