You may not return this item since it doesn't work and it is not returnable. The product did not work for me after purchasing. After less than a week from the purchase, I tried to return the item and was told it was not refundable. Is there a deliberate intent to take money from people by selling defective items? I would not recommend buying anything from this site, it's a scam.

The blast went off, then I didn't get any further. There was little use in troubleshooting over the Web. I found it easier to put in and remove the bottle securely. It works by popping it in, locking it, letting it fizz, unlocking it, pressing a little on the bottom of the bottle to let it out, and presto! Not at all. I have NOT found a simple way to get the bottle in or out of If I was paying $200 for something, I would demand it to be in great condition. In the long run, it tends to become ineffective after you've done 20 minutes of cardio and tried to drink 1L of seltzer. I would LOVE if they would just send me another one, to see if it is really a Soda Stream product or if it is The $200 machine sits in waiting until then.

Cons *Blank water bottle can only be latched half the time, and it's very hard to get it out. Ensure that it is secure by locking it. The water can leak out of the bottle if it doesn't lock in. It doesn't always matter if the bottle locks tightly into place if the carbonation level you selected is inconsistent. In about a quarter of situations, the bottle does not release from being locked into place after it locks into place and the water has carbonated. The biggest con of them all is my wife just asks me if I can do it for her since there are all those issues I mentioned earlier. A main concern of the wife is that the bottle is not locked. There is a clicking sound which signals that it is locked when in fact it is not. This is the case for all three bottles of soda stream. Lastly, I have to warn you that I am no expert in this matter. At first I thought these issues were user errors, but at this point, it seems to be the unit itself. Although the quality of the materials and the mechanics appear cheaply made, overall the product is good.

When I started thinking about how many empty plastic bottles of seltzer and glass bottles of mineral water I was throwing away, I was shocked at how many empty bottles I have. My energy consumption is about the same as the average person, but I'm a little more aware of my waste than most people. As a result, it began to bother me a lot. It doesn't make perfect bubbles that stay crisp for long in a glass (I have no idea how or why, but you'll notice), but overall I love this machine. * I bought another CO2 bottle and two additional water bottles because I run through this machine so quickly. As I do not use anything else beside fresh lime and cucumber, I cannot testify to the effectiveness of the drops, but after using the machine and making the switch, I would recommend it.

Seltzer water is one of my favorite beverages and I can drink it plain without any problem. Though, the flavors of seltzer or soda I've tried are all really horrible and just taste like chemicals. I prefer it plain, so it's a good all around drink, but if you intend to flavor it it doesn't compare to the real thing.
