As soon as we received it, the system was broken

There was only one failure in the Sparkel system. After reading the instructions, looking at videos, reading the background information, etc. It made a humming noise and did what it was supposed to do, but the only sparkling water was in the reserve tank where the excess water was emptied. It has literally been tried about 7 times total and has been packed back up and returned.

Easy to use and a lot of fun. With the variety of flavors available, you can try something new every time. It is far and away the best infused water. Citric acid is used in lieu of co2, and we prefer it for this purpose.
