carrying case for the crock pot is remarkably well constructed-I have rarely seen a textile product made to so high a standard. The design of the book, however, is problematic. It feels horrible to touch and my son, who is 15 years old, and I agree that the materials used are downright ugly. Despite my intention to keep and use this product for a long time to come, I will leave it in the car for now then unroll it after I pull it out then immediately remove the container. In the midst of a family picnic, I spotted others with similar covers, so I purchased it. The idea of going to a potluck seemed brilliant to me. It would be convenient, and they even looked nice. I was happy to see Hamilton Beach had one available for a fair price, sized to fit my 8 quart oval. My specific model has a cord storage/cover rest that must be removed to fit The compartment or space to hold this needed part or any serving utensils simply does not exist. My only concern is that it fits 3 sizes of crock in its top pocket. It was a bit of a risk when I saw that it fits three sizes of crock. I like the snug fit and the hold down system of Velcro and netting seems well thought out for the 8-quart body. It may be enough to hold small sizes in place, even though it's not really necessary for the larger sizes. There is no hole in the fabric for the handle of the cover, which will be missed (f I had a single smaller pot, I would melt the hole at the correct location. A hole in the cover will allow it to stay in place and more likely than not, it will be punched off, resulting in A horrible design in which the handles protrude from the sides of the bag. As opposed to finishing the slit with a nice smooth edge that would have been better, they used an elastic edge that was very gathered. I can see it through the leg hole of my Crowding the handle makes it hard for the user to maintain a grip. This material feels cheap and scratchy when you hold it, and if you spilled anything on it you would have a hard time cleaning it. The build of it is very well done even though I hate the design of the handle hole. I was very impressed by the quality of the assembly. If I can buy everything with this level of skill and care, I will be very happy. It was the choice of materials that caused the most problems. There is nothing attractive about the black nylon fabric, which has a slight textured finish. I don't think it is smooth so that it can easily be cleaned or more textured like a heavy cordura camera bag that can withstand abuse and hard scrubs. Having wrinkled sheets like this makes it look like an unmade bed and it is difficult to be sure it is There is very little insulation on the car and it does not feel as though it would hold up to br>The pros are superb workmanship, the bag fits 8 at a nice snug fit, so it should be ideal for traveling. UGLY, is hard to clean, likely won't hold smaller sizes well, handles are uncomfortable to hold, does not feel as if it will hold up due to fabric and insulation choices, does not seem like it will last.

The slow cooker bag is nicely made and of good quality. The lid fits perfectly onto the lid of my Kitchen Aid 6 quart slow cooker with easy serve glass. It's easy for me to fit my slow cooker in there when everything is zipped up tight. Besides being tear-resistant, this bag also has slots made on the side to allow the slow cooker handle to stick out. This makes it so you can grab this handle and carry it that way or handle the bag by its handle. In the case of my Kitchen aid 6 quart slow cooker, the handles do not align perfectly with the cut-outs on the sides, however, I can still carry it by the sides if I wanted to do so. There's about a $5 or so difference in price between this and the other black slow cooker bag, but in some reviews, the handles were not as durable on that model, so I picked this one instead. As I received it just the other day, I find that it has the perfect size for me to carry my slow cooker with me when going to a potluck It received five stars from me and I would recommend it. I hope this will be helpful to others who own a Kitchen Aid 6 quart slow.

This is a fantastic product! I am so happy that I ordered two. Because I saw this item was on sale, I figured I'd take the chance and order two. Stunning! I'm in love with My entire slow cooker line, from my smallest 4 Qt to my largest 8Qt fits in this case. The food remained hot when reheating, so it was quick to do. It did not spill out in the bottom like I expected (part of the reason I bought it was in the hopes that it would spill out due to overflow, but it did so all over my car instead) I have a bad habit of overfilling my cookers with food. The system is well built and I am looking forward to using it again.

Whenever I transport my crock pots to covered dish functions, I need a cover to keep them cool and protect them. used to use older crock pots that did not have locking lids and was always afraid of spilling or slipping contents while driving. To avoid this, I would wrap the crock pot as tightly as possible with newspaper and place it on a large cookie sheet. found this carrier and found that the dimensions were just right for my largest crock pot. Furthermore, there is an interior mesh strap to hold the lid securely I decided to give it a try since the price was reasonable. The quality is quite nice, and the 6 quart bowl fits perfectly in it with some It is a great feature that the strap wraps completely around the case to increase security when carrying a heavy dish around. I would strongly recommend it.

This one was for a Hamilton Beach 4 quart slow cooker and I only use the case for storage the other was for a different brand's 6 quart slow cooker, and it was so tight that I couldn't fit it in When the cooker is full of food, I doubt I will be able to remove it. I wonder if the carrier would even fit a machine with a 7 or 8 quart capacity As a travel case, I don't really need it This is because I want to protect my appliances from dust when they are stored. If you carry it by the straps when empty, then by the handles when full, the case will be less likely to wear out. A second one of these is on my wish list. The fact that I am always carrying a crock pot full of goodies with me makes me wonder why I waited so long to own one. This is a much more convenient and cleaner way of transporting items. It was the right size for my 6 quart container with locking lid. The item fits a size larger as well.
