I ask you, my lord, how much did we all pay? The cost is about How much? However, there are still complaints about the lack of a warm feeling on the device Could you please tell me whether there is an "up" delayed start option? Despite what you may think, this is not the most sophisticated approach. At this very affordable price, I cannot think why you would be disappointed with the product. You wrote that you are "very" disappointed with this product. Did you expect it to have AS MANY functions as a $100 slow cooker? It is a good idea to read the reviews and description BEFORE making a purchase. Rather than feeling disappointed in the pot, you should feel disappointed in yourself. I think it is an excellent pot for its price. The reason it gets a 4 is because of that. Other customers have rated this product as being 5 stars. That's why I am asking for your understanding.
There is a degree of heat when it gets up there, but it doesn't feel like it is hot enough to burn you. I don't go touching my two slow cookers that I own to check, so I don't try to tell if my current slow cooker is the same as my last. In case you have the tendency to let your kids play with a slow cooker, keep it out of reach as you would a pot on the stove filled with hot liquids.

The ceramic pot, as well as the lid, are dishwasher safe. I bought it as a Christmas gift, so I have not opened it yet. However, it is similar to the one I have and it comes out.
The lid exploded while I was lifting it off the shelf to use it. As if I were being showered with glass, I was thrown There is a danger with this product and it Hamilton Beach will not be my vendor of choice in the future.
On the day I bought it, I read reviews on here that said it was too hot to handle. Those of you hugging your cockpuppies have no sense of humor. Lol It doesn't feel hot to the touch at all, like any other crockpot I've seen or used. My recommendation is to give it a try.
absolutely love the size, the shape, and the price of this box. Cleaning it is also easy. The device however is just over a month old and the buttons on the device appear to be shorted. In some cases, I can press a button to select a cooking preference. It doesn't always work that way. The unit usually fails to stay on unless I unplug it and plug it back in, or shake the AC cord or repress the buttons several times. Since I live alone and wouldn't be using it much more than a few times a month, I was not expecting too much from this since it is very low priced. Although I can't count on it after only 5 weeks, I hope it will work out. It seems that there are always some errors or bad apples in the bunch, so maybe I just got unlucky this time. The majority of the reviews gave it 5 stars, which I assume is true. As a result, I loved it, even though it didn't always work. This small appliance was occasionally used and lasted 1 year and 7 months before being thrown away. While at work, I put a batch of beans on to slow cook when I returned 9 hours later, the heating element was broken and the beans had not yet cooked. Compare that to the last Rival slow cooker I owned, which lasted more than 10 years.
The control mechanism broke after just using it once. It is not possible to turn the cooker off or change the temperature or time of the cooking process. Sadly, this product did not meet my expectations.
