It is difficult to store the cord on these, but I really do enjoy the product. It worked fine the first time I used it, but I dropped the lid and the top cover knob If it was still an issue, I would just replace the lid knob, but the knobs do not seem to be available even directly In order to open the top with a butter knife and hot pad, I have had to use a butter knife and hot pad since I bought it.

I will update this review if I find a solution to the knob issue. Fortunately, I was able to resolve the issue. There are no knobs on the unit, so they are sending a whole new one.
