A bagel option and a defrost option are available on this toaster. To keep the rolls fresh, I tried the defrosting option on a bag of large sandwich rolls from Costco. I am very pleased with the results! It was warm throughout and nicely toasted on top and the edges.

I've only been using it for a week, but so far I'm very happy with it. This toaster is worth your consideration. I found the price to be reasonable, the product looks great, and it works excellently.

It's been working great for my family since we got it and it's a beautiful addition to our kitchen. I went with the green one to complement the green theme in our kitchen and it's not letting us down yet. I have not experienced any issues with the product whatsoever, and the manufacturer does provide a 12 month warranty on its website. The bagel function works excellently and I have not noticed any problems with it at all. It was nice to see they included in the pamphlet a diagram of how each of the number settings will toast so you know what setting to set. In the same way as Sam, I also had to do it*cough*cough
Before my first use of this toaster, I depressed the handle and toasted without toast to burn off any chemicals or oils that remained from production. I've been able to successfully use it since then. The color is perfect and the crust is evenly browned. Effective in terms of space. With all of its smoothness, this toaster would be excellent for those who have arthritis or other mobility issues. I am very happy with my four days of toast - four days of perfect, evenly browned toast! We like it so much that we have it as a family (actually three since everyone thinks it's terrific).
