As soon as I started using it, I was happy to find that it made toast instead of just slightly tanned warm Because of the features and the reviews, I bought it. As time has gone on, I have gone through a lot of toasters and it has been failure after failure. The toaster has only been with me for a very short time and I hope it lasts a long time. I never imagined I would spend $60 or more on a toaster, but I wanted something I could rely on. There is only one complaint I have, and that is that the bagel setting does not work as intended, but I do not particularly care to use it outside of the bagel mode, so I will start with the regular mode first and then change it to the bagel mode. Only a day has passed since I purchased the toaster, but I have tried a variety of bread types and sizes. Both sides of all of them were evenly toasted. When I want a quick peek at the toast, I can pop it up and resume toasting without having to restart the My favorite part of the warming rack is the handle.
