SHATTERED, with a POP as loud as a bomb. There is no way I could possibly give it zero The oven looks great, but it is not worth your money! It would have been bad if I had been hit by that hot glass.

Review writing is not something I have done before. Toasters like this are very cool to look at. In any case, I am deeply sorry for not returning The sliding shelves do not have a safety mechanism. It is not unusual to see shelves, food, and bakeware flying out of the toaster when the shelf is pushed out to remove a hot item. There is so much danger in this. The fact that it's on the market is surprising to me. The only thing I wish I could do is return it.

There are limits to how much control you can have over this toaster oven. Even if you try to coax it, the food will burn. It took me a few months to give up and buy a Breville smart oven after trying to use this fire demon for a few months. While the good oven was a greater investment, since I was burning approximately two-thirds of the food I was preparing, I felt it wise to purchase it.

Besides the product we have from this company, we have other products from this company that we are very satisfied with. The two tables we bought are for our house remodel and we are buying two of them. If you want to proceed, please let me know what to do with one of them that is still in its original box. One of my biggest complaints about toast is that it is almost impossible to time the timer just right with the egg timer. If you want your toast the way you like it, you had better be prepared to baby sit by the window. Two other issues I had were that no matter what setting you select ( bake, broil), both top and bottom elements will run. The toast burner I bought to go with my kitchen accents has been neglected for a while now. destroyed the last toast it was going to sell.

It is the first one I have bought, and the design and color are wonderful, however when I put it on my countertop, it isn't standing right. I checked the bottom part to see if there are any gray rubber discs. There weren't any. Does this seem normal to you?.
