What is the maximum temperature for this pan on a gas range?

Based on my research into the Gotham products, it seems that gas grills and stoves can be used with the Gotham products.

Measurements seem to contradict one another in a number of ways. In terms of length, width, and exact dimensions of pan, what is the actual size of those parameters?

Each of the nine sides of the square is exactly 9 by 9. As it accommodates many cooking needs, I love it.

Can you tell me how tall this pan is?

The first and the second are the same It measures two inches nominally, and 15/16 inches tall. This carpet measures 8 inches wide on the inside at the bottom A 3/8" diameter. 8 and a half inches are the dimensions of the inside of the rim A 7/8" diameter. A total width of 9 & inches can be found on the outside The 9/16" size. Due to the square shape of the pan, the dimensions of the pan are also square.

The pan can be used on top of a gas stove, but can it still cook properly?

There is something I love about We simply have two of them, and it is the right size for so many things to fit inside (even when I overcook and burnt some of the contents a little), and it cleans up so The only time I've used it directly on a gas burner was for cleaning. As it does when surrounded by heat in an oven, the heat would not evenly diffuse and would thus have a hot spot even on a very low flame and plenty of liquid (deliberately causing the contents not to cook perfectly).

I am very happy with it! Regardless of how you use it, it cooks evenly, cleans beautifully, and is truly non-stick Stick to it. I find this to be my new go-to This can also be used for cooking small meat dishes and cobblers. It was easy to remove food from this tin using metal and plastic utensils without scratching or marring it. I don't always like it, but sometimes it's the only way I know. ) I wouldn't The cost was very reasonable and well worth it!.

This is BETTER! There is no comparison between Gotham Steel and other copper pan makers! I have tried everything else and it has failed! It's been 2 years since I bought the same Gotham Steele pan, and I've never scratched it, it doesn't stick to the pan, and I can clean it so easily! I love how easy it is to clean this pan. I am able to slide off food. The handle has a bit of weight to it, which I enjoy. I have only owned it for All is well so far and there are no warping issues.
