Several days ago I used both trays at 425 degrees and there were no issues. Today I preheated them at 375 degrees and there were no issues. After I put the trays into the oven, I heard a very, very loud banging sound. I had just baked French fries and two pork loins, and I had heated the oven to 375 degrees. You can see in the picture that the top tray of the oven warped drastically when I opened the door. What a waste of time and money A warping effect! It would have run off the lower side after the warp took place if I had been cooking something that would run/slide. They are appealing to me. The handles on regular baking items don't bend when the oven is hot, and despite the burnt BBQ sauce that I tackled, it was easily cleaned off with just soap and water, taking just a few minutes. My favorite part of this baking pan is the fact that it can be used for multiple purposes.

Since I have two Gotham Steel frying pans and really love the ease of cleaning them, I figured I could always try out a A well-thought-out decision! The tent is large, which is good, but the best thing is that it is SO EASY TO CLEAN.
