I loved the products at first, so excited because the food slipped right out, and there was almost nothing to clean just like the commercials and reviews (initial) claim. Nevertheless, after only a few uses, I noticed that food tended to stick to the pans, and that they were quite difficult to clean. The pan I had was also harder than others that I had, even non-stick Pans made of nonstick material. A dime was all I got when I called them I was greeted by a customer service representative who kept giving me the address in NY, where I should send a check for $9 and pack up my items. Please return it for $95 to get a refund. There is no phone number and no access through the website. As if the items themselves were not enough of a bait and switch, I decided to review here, to help other consumers avoid the poor quality of goods and lack of customer service you can clearly Buy this product and do not use it!.

It was brownie time. Every knife mark my grandson left in the brownies as well as some scrape marks from the spatula my grandson used to serve them can be seen. This does not impress me.

This pan is awesome. I replaced my Lasagna pan that I've had for 10 years and was reluctant to replace because it was perfect for all my needs. It was also important to me that I didn't have to worry about a pan's coating. With this pan, cleaning is SO much easier and so much more scratch resistant, I'll be able to have dinner much earlier. It is possible that technology like this wasn't available earlier.

The outside is black, while the coating does not even out as it extends over the top. It is all that matters to me that it does exactly what it is supposed to.

It is a decent thickness of metal, and it works well with its nonstick coating. During our first use, we baked a salmon in the pan and the skin did not stick to the bottom of the pan It only took seconds for the pan to be cleaned. We have used it a couple of times since it came out, and we haven't encountered a single problem. There is no warping in the metal. I was concerned it would be thin and warped.

A great product. This is the same one I purchased two years ago at Bed Bath and Beyond, but the underside started peeling, so I had to order I hope that this is an isolated problem since all the other orders I've placed with Gotham have been great. I was very pleased with both the order and the delivery.

I liked the design, but a piece of the finish came off the first time I used it. There is no guarantee that it will last that I used soft tools to clean up. I did not see the point in returning it since it was the same price as to buy.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. With this newest purchase, I am expanding my collection yet again. Their prices are very reasonable and they do not contain any hidden fees A perfect pan that won't stick. They are so cute! I adore Getting rid of all my Calphalon peeling sets and replacing them with these great This is a very good product!.
