Yes, you may use metal utensils, but you must not "ABUSE" them by using sharp objects with excessive POWER. I adore the nonstick properties, which make serving and cleanup a breeze.
No, these pans don't need to be "seasoned." Simply wipe each one down with a slightly damp cloth once they've been removed from the box and they're ready to go. You're going to love these. I have them as well, and I use them on a daily basis, including a set of pots and pans. I hope this information is useful.
Yes, it can be washed in the dishwasher and is incredibly simple to clean.

With this lasagne pan, you'll get a three-piece set. At first, I was ecstatic about the products because the food slid right out and there was almost nothing to clean, exactly as the commercials and (initial) reviews claimed. However, after only a few uses, I noticed that food was sticking to the pans, and cleaning them became extremely difficult - I had other pans that were not even non-stick that were much harder. pans that are nonstick I received a dim-witted response when I called them. witty customer service representative who insisted on giving me the address in New York where I was supposed to pack my belongings and mail a $9 check. It costs $95 to send it back. As if the items themselves weren't enough of a bait and switch, I decided to review loudly here, in order to help other consumers avoid the lousy goods and lackluster service that Gotham Steel is known for. BUYING THIS PRODUCT IS A MISTAKE!.
We baked brownies together. Every knife mark left by my grandson when he cut the brownies, as well as some scrapes left by Mark from the spatula he used to serve them, can be seen. br>I'm not a fan of this.
I purchased two of these nonstick cookie/baking sheets solely for the fact that they were not supposed to warp. I pre-heated both trays at 425 degrees for the first time a few days ago and had no problems. I preheated the oven to 375 degrees in order to bake French fries and two pork loins, and as soon as I placed both trays in the oven, I heard a loud banging sound. When I opened the oven door, the top tray had drastically warped, as you can see in the photo. a great deal for Non- Warping! If I had been preparing something that would run/slide, it would have run off the lower side once the warp occurred. To be fair, the warp straightened out and the pan was flat again after the pans had cooled down. Unfortunately, my understanding of metals dictates that once something warps, it will continue to warp in the future when exposed to heat. Non- Sticking works as advertised, but I gave it a low score because of the Warping Issue. I would have given this product five stars if it had not warped.
This was something I really wanted to like. I was serious about it. I ended up purchasing two. There are two major issues with which I disagree. One, none of the cookies will rise; they will all be flat. I've been baking for 30 years and have never encountered a cookie sheet as bad as this one. In addition, every time I put it in the oven, it warps and pops up, spilling about half of the food. I've been saving for two years to buy new sheets, but I'm stuck with these, and I'm so disappointed.
We don't need to grease the pans with this set of bakeware. The food simply slides off the surface. My daughter made brownies in the muffin tin, and they turned out perfectly; I baked hotdogs and got a nice char on them, and the pan was very easy to clean. It came right off after a quick squirt of water. This is a set that I recommend. However, you must look after it. Sharp or metal utensils are not permitted, according to the instructions. As a result, I purchased a good set of silicone utensils that matched the copper color of my cookware and bakeware. The instructions also state that cooking sprays such as Pam should not be used because they will damage the pans and cause food to stick. This works for me because I'm trying to use as little cooking oil as possible.
This has been returned to us. This cooking sheet was used to cook bacon, cookies, and brussels sprouts. The bacon on the left was charred, while the bacon on the right was raw, and they all cooked in an odd way. The cookies behaved strangely; I baked a large batch on several cookie sheets, but only the ones on this sheet spread out much further and became extremely thin, with half of them burning. The brussels sprouts, on the other hand, didn't cook as much as they should have using my standard recipe. We returned it because none of the three trials went well.
Heavy-gauge aluminum with a Ti-coating On the cooking surface, including the inside sides, there is a ceramic surface. So far, I've used it for fish sticks, chicken fingers, brussel sprouts, and cookies five times. Nothing has clung to the surface, and everything is spotless. It's been a piece of cake to do push-ups. Much more substantial than less expensive cookie sheets (won't warp - So far, the heat distribution appears to be fairly even (hopefully). Will continue to cook and update as needed.
I bought this pan to make banana bread because I'm trying to find healthier snack options. I used to make bread in my old tin, which I'd had for years, and it took a lot of non-dairy milk. I was hesitant to put a very sticky batter in a pan without spray because I figured the worst case scenario would be that I would have to make a new loaf. When the bread was cool enough to handle, I flipped the pan over onto a plate and the loaf slid out easily! After I dumped it out, there was almost no residue left on the pan, which made cleanup a breeze.
