You will not regret spending the money. It is amazing how well this microwave works. The old one looks similar to the new one, so I bought it thinking it was the same I like it a lot more. I like the way this microwave heats food evenly and quickly. It's fairly quiet and I just like how it works. The music is wonderful.

My objective is to write in this journal every day. I have been using it for a few months now. Generally speaking, the power is about average, so most on-demand devices should be fine With this unit, you will find microwaveable instructions on the box. Despite this, I am satisfied with it even if it is somewhat noisy while running and the buttons on the front are already starting to fade from finger contact. Some may be able to offer an even better product for the same price, but for what its worth, I am content with the product.

While it heats really well, and I also like the button options, the electric hum that appears to come with the light is very loud and irritating. As for how loud it is during running, it isn't too loud for me, and it suits.

Microwaves are less noisy than most. This one heats well and does not play loud music. The directions and buttons are easy to understand. The microwave had been on for about three months when it broke down. Put an end to that! Nothing, not sure if there is a shortage, or if the component has just given out but hopefully, I can get it replaced soon.

A ring goes under the plate, but it is not included. It was not helpful to contact customer service. He pointed me to a web site featuring appliance parts. The effort has not been successful. The return box is missing, so you may have to take it back. The service provided by Black & Decker is poor.
