Questions & Answers
Yes, you can make toast or just about anything if you know how to use it properly and what settings to use.
I'm not sure if this will help, but it's worth a shot. Mine was making a strange noise, and I realized I had put it in incorrectly. The turntable must be perfectly aligned with the three center knobs, I discovered. To get it exactly set, I had to move it around a few times, changing where I set the turntable onto the knobs. Best of luck! I hope you find it useful.
It's possible that the convection tray will save the day.
I preheat the air fryer in the same way that I do the convection oven. All you have to do is press the air fry button.

Overall, it's a good product that does the job as well as the microwave/air fryer it's replacing while taking up half the space (it's still big, so make sure you measure your counter!). )br>br>There is a learning curve, but after a few days, I believe we have nailed down the majority of what we require. I wouldn't give this to someone who doesn't have the patience to read the manual or fiddle with it until it does what you want it to do. br>br>As with any new cooking device, you'll need to burn a few biscuits to get the hang of it. The cooking times and auto settings that are listed are only suggestions. You must keep an eye on the food until you have a better understanding of how it will perform. Positives: br>br>
- So far, all of the modes have performed admirably. In comparison to my actual oven, oven mode cooks a little faster. The combo modes have yet to be tried.
- Preheat displays a progress bar that indicates how far you have progressed.
- It's large, but not nearly as large as the reviews suggested. I still need to take some measurements.
- So far, the product quality has been excellent. There shouldn't be any issues there.
- The air fryer and microwave are no longer in use. That is exactly what we were hoping for. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this method.
- Preheating is required for air fry mode. My Philips model, on the other hand, did not. It may also take some time - For 425, it should take about 5 to 10 minutes. It's inconvenient for something as simple as crisping up some leftover pizza. You can, however, put it in during the preheating process if you keep an eye on it.
- Even though I like the 3-in-1, I feel like we're always juggling the oven/air fry rack in-between uses. in the vicinity of microwaves It seems like it'll only be a matter of time before we use the microwave instead of the oven and break something. I'm thinking about replacing the rack with a microwave-safe option. oven- safe.
- The lack of a keypad irritates me. I prefer to type at my own pace rather than scrolling slowly or pressing a single button a hundred times.
After our GE Profile microwave broke down after more than two decades of reliable service, we saw and ordered this right-sized replacement. This is a multi-function microwave oven of the recommended size. a multi-function oven that isn't very good at any of its functions. Unlike most of the other ovens, this one has a rotary knob as the primary control. So, if you want to set the timer for 30 minutes, you'll have to keep turning the knob until the desired time appears; you won't be able to use the other functions while the timer is on. br>br>To warm up in microwave mode, this oven takes about twice as long as our previous oven. As a result, it does not appear that the effective power is as high as claimed. It's referred to as a slow-moving vehicle. The rotary tray in the microwave cooker rotates slowly and makes a noise similar to a truck driving uphill. br>br>In addition, we used the air fryer mode, which is essentially a glorified convection oven. The results are not comparable to those of a typical dedicated air fryer on the market. It's important to avoid using the convection oven's accessories in the microwave mode. I'm not sure how a mix-and-match is possible. a cooking mode that switches between these modes automatically br>br>Overall, this is not a well-written piece. Oven was my first thought. I'm not even sure it's a Toshiba because it's not listed on the Toshiba product website, and with all the commotion and noise it makes during operation, I'm not sure it'll last more than a day. half of the capacity of our previous GE refrigerator.
In my kitchen, this microwave is a great addition. It has a nice sleek appearance on the outside, as well as on the inside. It is a very solid and smart option if you want to save space because it has a lot of different features. We didn't want to get new appliances because they would take up more and more counter space. This microwave is something I would recommend to anyone who needs to do more in a small space. I like how simple the controls are to operate; I read the instructions and found them to be clear. The air fryer function is excellent; I used it to cook chicken wings and fresh fries, as well as bake a pizza in the oven, and everything turned out perfectly. There's no need to wait for the large oven to heat up, and cleanup is a breeze. It appeals to me greatly.
BUT THE PEOPLE AT TOSHIBA DIDN'T GIVE YOU ANY INSTRUCTIONSbr>THEY GAVE YOU A LINK TO SET PDF PRINTING WOULD TAKE 40 PAGESbr>REPREHENSIBLE SO CHEAP FOR A NICE TOSHIBA MULTI FUNCTIONbr>TOSHIBA SEND ME PLEASE A INSTRUCTION BOOKLETbr>CAN'T GIVE A GOOD EVALUATION BECAUSE br>SO, AMAZON, COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME FIND A WAY TO RETURN THIS WHICH I AM UNABLE TO PICK UP? br>HIS OUTRAGE AT THIS OBJECTIVE. I HAVE TO USE A MAGNIFYING GLASS TO SEE THE TINY LETTERS IN THE MACHINE. PATHETIC.
Dented when it arrived at my house, and the legs were not level. When the microwave arrived, it had a 3 inch sharp dent in the top (the box was not damaged). We discovered that the front right leg of the microwave wasn't even level with the other three legs when we placed it on the counter. The legs cannot be adjusted to compensate for any height issues, and the microwave's bottom appears to be bent. The most surprising flaw is that the unit's face, which houses the buttons, does not even light up. You can't even turn on the lights on the Toshiba? If you're not going to add any lighting, at least give the buttons some color to make them more visible. We're going to get a new microwave that's less expensive, has lighting, and hopefully comes dent-free. It is both free and level.
