Just a solid microwave. You should ask yourself the following questions Will I be able to defrost a frozen ostrich in a microwave large enough? You start thinking about some things differently after a certain age. Having just bought a luxury microwave, all I use it for is to reheat junk food that wasn't that great on the first try. The situation does not sound promising. I find that the recommended time is about right when I enter about half of the item's actual weight. With a price tag of $110, it is a terrific value.
