It is still not as easy to clean as those that grind fruit, but assembly and disassembly seem faster, and all parts are easy to clean. To get everything clean, I still need to clean the other style in 5 minutes vs. this style in about twice the time. It is good to know that the juice keeps very well for at least three days With one style, it takes almost a week to lose its antioxidant potency, while the other takes barely more than a day. Moreover, it tastes fresher. But that is dependent on what kinds of veggies you are juicing, as not tearing apart the pulp releases some of the bitter elements. It is technically possible to identify another downside, but it is not enormously important. When I plan to juice with a grinding style juicer, there is one benefit that I sometimes take advantage of. The pulp can be cooked with chicken stock, milk, spices, and veggies, or put in a pot with veggie stock or chicken stock. You can either eat it hot or cold after it has rehydrated into a nice soup, a bisque. often add some not-juiced veggies to give it some more body and often chicken or other meats as well. In order to use this pulp to make soup, you must process it in a blender first, since it retains a great deal of structure that is not suitable for I don't think there is much of a downside, just something to mention. I love this machine for its great workmanship and minimal foam production, and it produces quite dry pulp. You will get good nutrition and good health, and there is no waste and very little I find it to be a much more efficient juicing method than centrifugal models because the pulp is as dry as it can possibly be. In addition, the setup was easy to clean and disassemble - took no more than a few minutes. The juice I made consisted of fruit and vegetables. Carrots and apples are among the fruits that can be processed with this device. Some peaches were added, but I think it was more like baby food than a savory dessert.
