I had to have local repair repair the machine. it cost over $200. They are not responsive. I received a defective product and had to pay local repair 200 to resolve. It reimbursed my expenses for the first issue. However, I have a second issue and the company has not offered any response in more than two A series of emails and texts have been sent, but there has been It is not a good company to buy from. My favorite part of this machine is that I can control how hard or soft my ice cream will be. You can clean it in 20 minutes and make ice cream in that time. The only complaint I would have is that the ice axe is a bit loud when it's freezing and the instructions are a bit confusing, but I love it, and my grandkids love it,.

It doesn't work the way it is advertised

I've tried it and it does work pretty well, but it doesn't produce as much ice cream as it claims to. With the refrigerant on it, I was under the impression that you could put it on "fresh" to keep the ice cream cool without running the entire thing, but the ice cream isn't as fluffy when you do this, even with the puffer. It's a real disappointment.
