It is a question for which I do not have an answer. The one I received malfunctioned after a few months, so I returned it. As a result, I returned it, but the company would not give me a refund, so I told them not to bother sending me a replacement.

I received the air fryer 3 weeks ago for Christmas and have only used it twice since then. I tried to turn it on this morning and it beeps, lights flash, then nothing works, it cannot There are no troubleshooting instructions included in the instructions, and even when I tried plugging back in to see if it made a difference, it did not work. It was hard to get troubleshooting steps from the company since they could not provide them.
And the only way for a replacement to be offered is if you have your warranty paperwork as well as the receipt of purchase, which is obviously not possible with a gift. In addition, they indicated that you will just have to live with a malfunctioning air fryer unless you take care of that.
As I only used one of the three mesh food trays, the mesh tray fell off the track after I tried frying four chicken thighs as it was flimsy and could not hold enough weight.
