The performance of this new Cosori air fryer is identical to that of the previous model. I notice that instead of flopping around, the inner basket's end now rests on a silicone bumper. The issue is that this part must have popped out during the cleaning process. The outer basket now has a slightly elevated hole that will leak cooking juices while in use, especially when shaking up the food! Otherwise, this air fryer is truly the best. I'm trying to contact Cosori customer service to see if a replacement silicone bumper can be obtained. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Customer service at Cosori is fantastic! Cosori offers a digital airfryer with a capacity of 7 quarts and a 2 quart pressure cooker. Both make me happy. So, when I realized I needed a bigger basket and that airfryer ovens were too much work for the results I was getting, I looked up Cosori's larger version of my 3. 7 qt. only to come across this new reprogrammable device. It was a breeze to add 2 minutes and a shake to the bacon preset, and it worked perfectly. The unit's fan can be heard, but it isn't loud enough to fill the room. The unit wasn't hot on the outside after cooking a pound of bacon; I could touch it without getting burned. A baked potato, FF, steak, sausage, and hamburger have also been prepared. For what I was cooking, the presets seemed to be spot on. br>br>A note about Corosi's customer service: I had a problem with my new unit because factory quality control missed a defect, so I called Cosori directly and spoke with one of their representatives who took all of my information and answered all of my questions. I received an email in no time, requesting pertinent order information as well as a photo of the unit information at the bottom. Total time from when I called to when I received the new unit - 4 days! Cosori (3 qt airfryer and pressure cooker) is a high-quality product, based on my previous experience. Now I know that their customer service representatives are courteous, professional, and attentive to your needs.

We haven't used our air fryer, oven, stove, or toaster since we've had this oven! This is extremely useful! br>To control this device, you can download the VeSync app, which makes setting your oven so much easier. Although you can set the cooking preset, temperature, and cooking time, you must manually press start, which I found inconvenient at first because I have a 9-year-old who enjoys "fixing" her own food. It was nice to be able to control the temperature and time for her. She was still able to put her food in the oven on her own without fear of it becoming too hot. After that, all she had to do was press START when she was ready. Recipes for your oven are also available in the app. We tried the Sweet Chili Shrimp and were ecstatic when it turned out exactly as the picture showed! It was also delicious! You can also modify recipes, which my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. My favorite personalized recipe was for my well-known steak! You can save not only your cooking preferences, but also your ingredients in a step-by-step process. step-by-step instructions with illustrations! You can also control the light in the oven using the app, which keeps track of your cooking time. br>It also has a voice control feature, so you can use your Alexa or Google devices to control it! The bonus feature that I enjoy the most. Your oven can be given a nickname in the app. Our oven was given the name "BOB" by my children and me. As a result, we can control "BOB" with our Alexa devices. When you use the Voice Command feature instead of the app, you can turn the device on to begin cooking. My favorite cut of meat is steak, and I'm a pro at cooking it in a cast iron skillet, but cooking it in this oven was 100x easier, and the steak was more flavorful and juicy than I could have imagined! Every single one of these presets has been a total success. It took some trial and error for my family to get each setting just right for our tastes, but that, too, is one of the benefits of this oven and all of its features. We were able to make the settings exactly how we wanted them! br>Our family enjoys ordering pizza and wings, but now they enjoy getting together and MAKING their own pizza, wings, and even parfait (which we would have never considered before having this oven). br>It's simple to clean the oven. We use Dawn Ultra Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray to keep the oven looking new between uses. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this product because it is extremely user-friendly. It's user-friendly, and even your kids can use it.
