I have normally used my Ninja Foodie, which is very expensive. I made a comparison between these two and this air fryer cooks exactly like the Ninja Foodie. I cooked at the same temperature, time, and everything else was the same. In fact, I like the look of this one better, and I've moved my foodie to the counter lol I love the ease of use of the buttons, and I like how clean and pretty the display looks. really like the release button on the basket, it has not come loose on me yet. It's also square and fits food much better inside than the foodie. My counter is also much easier to fit in it. I love how easy it is to clean and how easy it is to monitor the food as it cooks. The food tastes great, too! My meals seem to cook a little faster with this device than with my Ninja so I could probably do less cooking. There is a reheat button, and I love it! Having reheated pizza in it is a huge hit with my kids. This is a great place to cook ribs! After baking them, I cut them into small strips and cooked them for about 10 minutes in the air fryer. Air fryers are great, and this one is no exception. If I find any complaints after using it for a while, I'll update you.

A defective item must have been delivered to me. Return of the item. You need to be very careful! As soon as it was shaken, the 2nd bucket popped out! At my home, I have two pets and a baby! I have 400 degree chicken grease all over my kitchen and my users as well. As a result, it caused the same problem to me the very first time I used it, and to two other members of my household as well! This is a very dangerous situation! In the past, I have never experienced this with other brands! There is nothing I can do. Now I am without an air fryer until I replace it until it gets replaced. I was very happy with this brand's reviews and the price. That was a bummer it failed to work properly and could have caused severe injuries.
