Questions & Answers

Is it possible to use Nespresso VertuoLine capsules with this?

NO, they'll only work with the original line's small capsules.

Comes with a protective fortification and a hot water temperature term?

You don't have a forro, but it's not necessary either.

Is there a version that allows you to use both pods and ground coffee (non-pod)? compatible with a pod) ?

Nick, I'm sorry, but I'm working on it.

Is it available in nespresso? Where can I buy the Nespresso version and how do I get it?

The Minipresso NS uses Nespresso's original size capsules, which can be purchased directly from Nespresso or on Amazon. These capsules aren't available for purchase in a store. Any other type of capsule will not work. It doesn't work with any of the plastic capsules that are compatible. Genuine Nespresso is the brand we recommend. Nick

Excellent espresso for a road trip
5/5

This will come in handy when I'm on the road. I believe it could be a little smaller and lighter, but I won't moan too much about it. My only concern is that I won't be able to keep the nozzle clean enough because it doesn't appear to be disassembled for cleaning. However, it appears to be relatively easy to rinse out clean so far. br>br>I was skeptical at first, but after making a half-dozen espressos, I can confidently say that they are every bit as good as those from my Nespresso machine. Here are a few pointers: br>br>If you have a hard time gripping things, such as if you have arthritis, you'll find it difficult to squeeze the pump. It takes about 20 or 30 pumps to get a full shot, and you'll have to repeat the process twice because you'll need to warm everything up first with plain hot water. br>br>While we're on the subject of warming up, your espresso will be cold if you don't run boiling water through the machine once before making a shot. It's also a good idea to warm up your cup. If you've used a Nespresso machine before, the pumping speed should be intuitive: just match the flow and you'll get the perfect brew time and a great shot. If you want to see it in action before buying it, check out a YouTube review of Seattle coffee gear. Overall, this is easily my new favorite travel coffee maker, and I won't be bringing a grinder, beans, or an Aeropress machine with me on my next trip. Hooray! br>br>I've attached a photo taken right after I took the shot, which includes a kitchen knife for scale.

I travel a lot, so this saves my life
5/5

The coffee served in hotels is excellent. coffee served in the hotel I can't always bring my Nespresso machine with me. or can I? I finally purchased this, and now I can enjoy my Nespresso whenever I'm out of town, in a hotel for a conference, or camping. This is a fantastic device. and yeah. It will literally save your life; no more crappy coffee for you.

The product is good, but there are a few minor flaws
4/5

I received this as a Father's Day gift and was very excited to receive it. I even went out and bought a ton of capsules for it. However, after using it for a few weeks, I've noticed that it's leaking a lot and the cup is no longer staying attached to it, and I've almost misplaced the cup a few times. Overall, the product is good; it leaves a little more water in the reservoir than I would like, but I enjoy the cup of coffee it produces. I'll contact customer service to see if there's anything wrong with my unit that I'm not aware of. br>Recent changes: After contacting customer service, I received a prompt response and was given a replacement the following week. 5 Star customer service.

ESPRESSO WITH A GREAT FLAVOR FOR MOTORCYCLE TRIPS
5/5

On my motorcycle, I travel long distances and frequently stay in roadside motels. The Wacaco Minipresso is ideal for making a delectable latte in the morning. After bringing the water to a boil and allowing the milk to warm up in the microwave, I put a Nespresso pod (Peet's pods are excellent) in the microwave in the room and pump it. The pods are more convenient to use than ground coffee because they are cleaner. Pumping takes some effort, but I justify it as good exercise because packing space is limited on a motorcycle, and the Minipresso takes up very little space.

In a nutshell, this is the best travel espresso machine; you will not be disappointed! br>br>As soon as I got it, I had to put it to the test and compare it to my nespresso machine
5/5

I gave the minipresso a quick wash and poured some hot water from the nespresso machine because it's faster than boiling water. Filling the water, screwing it on, and adding the Nespresso capsule took 20 seconds. The race has begun. br>br> I started pumping the Minipresso while pressing the nespresso's button. It took roughly ten minutes to complete. It took 11 pumps to fill a shot of espresso, and it took a few seconds longer than the Nespresso machine to finish. br>br>Results: The Mjnimpresso did exactly what it said on the tin. Although using two hands to pump did not produce as much crèmà as I had hoped, I am still satisfied. Advantages: br>br>
- Extremely compact (about the size of a 12-ounce water bottle)br>- It's simple to set up and use.
- It was not difficult to clean. After 10 uses, do a thorough cleaning and remove any leftover coffee from the nooks and crannies. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product.
- When removing the pods, do so over a sink or trash can to avoid spilling coffee all over yourself.

- AIRPORT: I have pre-check, and they pulled me to the side 9 times out of the 15 times I flew to check it out and open everything up. It's not a major issue. br>br>I just take it out now and put it in a separate bag, and I tell the TSA about it so they know, so I'm never stopped. However, when I mention it, they think it's a pretty cool device, so don't be surprised if you get pulled over. Don't make a scene with them; you can either ruin your day by becoming upset, or you can walk away laughing, and the next time you see them, they'll most likely remember you and inquire about your coffee. I've used it before: br>br> br>On road tripsbr>Out campingbr>On planesbr>On vacationsbr>Sitting on the beach early mornings/late eveningsbr>At workbr>.

It's just the right size for an espresso shot
3/5

For what it is, it is adequate. Two drawbacks: it's not quite hot enough, but that's hardly the unit's fault. You can only boil water to a certain temperature, whereas an espresso machine can boil it at a higher temperature under pressure. The reservoir's capacity is the second issue. It's the perfect size for a shot of espresso, but if you're like me and prefer a fuller cup, there's no way that handle can handle that without adding some hot water. That, on the other hand, is a more American style. I'm satisfied with it for the purpose for which I purchased it. Maybe a four-star rating. I'm having trouble making up my mind.

I just squandered two pods, thinking I'd made a mistake, and it
3/5

This product has completely disappointed me; I'm not sure if I received a defective item, but it does not work at all. I'm leaving for Las Vegas on Saturday and couldn't wait to get my hands on this. I just squandered two pods, thinking I'd done something wrong, and it's still not working. I followed the instructions to the letter, but when I pump it, the water only leaks out around the pump and nothing comes out of the bottom as it should. It appeared to be a fantastic product, with fantastic reviews. I'm hoping to hear back from the manufacturer, but if not, I'll have to try my luck again or just go to Starbuck's. DISAPPOINTED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT!.
