NutriBullet 1000 Watt PRIME Edition, 12-Piece High-Speed Blender/Mixer System, Includes Stainless Steel Insulated Cup, and Recipe Book

The Nutribullet was just perfect up until the other day, so I would have written an amazing review. It was a great program that I used 5 days a week on average. The unit has been very noisy when blending the ingredients for the past month or so (I bought it in December 2017). It was to my surprise that the base was leaking oil from its location near the blades. It first appeared as if the oil was running out of the bottom but I later realized that the oil was leaking into my cup, creating a tainted smoothie. The item I had has been in my possession for less than one year, so I contacted customer service for a replacement. The company informed me that they would not honor my warranty due to my purchase coming from a "third-party vendor". Buying this on Amazon was a good idea. What is the best way to know if a place is already full of an order- How can I find out if a dealer is authorized? This may have been something I should have known, but I didn't. As a result, I am out a Nutribullet unless I decide to pay for replacement blades, plus shipping and handling This experience is what made me decide that I would not purchase anything from.

In the past, I've owned two 900w versions which I found to be very reliable. tend to use them for post-workout shakes that consist of protein powder, frozen berries (with lots of seeds) and whatever veggies are in the fridge at the time. All the things they grind up are really well ground. There was one complaint I had with the 900w versions, and that was the noise. I would have to warn my family when I was about to shake so they wouldn't freak out. my last 900w one about three years ago, so it's likely things have improved, but I decided to go with the NutriBullet PRIME this time. The first thing I noticed about the PRIME is that it's much quieter! It takes this one a couple seconds for it to ramp up to full speed instead of the old ones that spun up almost immediately. Compared to the previous episode, it has less violence and seems One more thing they tell you to do is not leave it on for more than a minute on the older versions, so I'd either have to time it or A shutoff switch on this one automatically turns it off. The PRIME version is the one I recommend if you are going to buy You are better off spending a few extra bucks on this. With this set, you also get 3 large cups. Although these cups are smaller than the old ones, I found the smaller cups to be completely useless, so even disregarding the new features, this is still the best value.

I purchased the unit on September 18 in order to use it at the office for my lunch hour. Due to the blade being attached to the cup, I do not need to worry about others using and leaving me a dirty container like imperative to a) have enough liquid in the unit, b) be careful with certain supplements, c) keep an eye on the maximum line, &dash and finally, observe the maximum line. overload the system with too many demands. To serve as a comparison, I use a Waring Xtreme blender at home, so I am used to throwing anything in and blending it up. A unit like this cannot be used for that purpose. It left a mess after I used it for the first time at the office because liquid was forced out. The salad contained 3 kale leaves, 1 peach cube, 1 tablespoon crushed ice, and enough water to fill the bowl to the top. Take 1 scoop of Isopure protein powder and mix it with 1 cup of ground flax seeds and 1 tsp of It also resulted in the same result after we added apple and kale to our protein/fiber blend. It is likely that the water causes the protein and fiber to expand, which results in As a result, I split the blend into three parts vegetables, grains, and legumes. In one blend, the fruits are combined with the supplements, and then they are combined. This unit comes with 3 containers so it isn't too much of an issue. The motor has been noted to emit a hot electrical smell by other reviewers. My experience is the same and I believe it occurs when the unit is not supplied with enough liquid or is overloaded. It seems like the odor has disappeared due to splitting the blends (with a lot of liquid). When loading the unit, be careful because the unit fails to work if you don't load it correctly.

I realized immediately that the unit was in use when I opened the box. There was no plastic wrapping on the motor base, and the cord was not tied up either. The motor base was covered in food on different parts of the outside and inside. As far as the rubber grip on the cup is concerned, it was already attached. There was no rubber grip on the stainless cup, but you could see the outline of it, clearly marked with dirt and grime. When I removed the blade base from the stainless cup, I noticed a gasket was missing, which probably explains the leak complaints and the soiled interior. Having returned the unit, I have not used it since.

On average, the canisters leak about 1 out of 4 times while blending, causing a huge mess and risking damage to Despite following directions regarding how to load the canisters for optimal performance, the ingredients were not blended after the first cycle, even though I loaded the canisters correctly. If you open the canister after the first cycle to stir the ingredients by hand, you probably won't have to repeat the cycle or repeat the first cycle. Those two things have had to be done over and over again. Powders like protein powder can be difficult to blend in it. You can't rotate it in the canister it just sticks to the sides. My disappointment with this product is very great. I would not recommend it to anyone. The brand name of such a well-known product, coupled with all the advertising, made me expect it to work and work well, which it didn't.
