The blender is amazing, it is easy to clean, it makes perfect smoothies, and it does not have Suitable for slushies for kids! Crushes ice into snow for a fun treat! For 11 years, we have owned a Waring Pro blender with a 3 HP motor, so we have replaced the pitcher twice, and we have changed In our home we almost always have a smoothie/Frappuccino several times a day. . . my kids easily doubled that number when they were around. In her opinion, the blender seems to be becoming less and less clean. She was right, but I could not possibly imagine living without the appliance. My purchasing this Ninja blender was made easy by Amazon and treasure truck alerts that informed me of its existence - I'm glad I got it. As soon as I turned it on, I could hear it was quieter than the Waring and this would have been useful a few years ago when our greyhound used to howl all the time while the blender was The dual blades on this blender are easily the most noticeable feature. After learning that iced drinks are much colder with the lockable lid and base, what else surprised me was exactly how icey they were. Rather than having one hand on the lid and the other on the power control, I now have the option to use both hands. I found this to be very useful when I was on the go. It might not seem like much, but the attachments and cups complete the picture. There has not been any other piece of kitchen equipment I have seen as versatile as this blender. I like the fact that it's clean, and my wife is happy to see it. We moved to another house where my Waring is in retirement. The familiarity of it makes me visit it frequently. . . but now that I wish it had a locking lid and base, I am sure my oldest son will have a new blender for his apartment soon and my wife will have a "clean" blender in both households. In exhausted 25, I bought a blender which has not yet been 3 months old, yet, and it has already broken, the base of the blender is fractured where the liquid is discharged. In the past, I used it to make peanut butter and whip green juices, but it had a very poor quality and was insufficiently resistant. There is no way to use the blender glass. All the liquid has to go in the trash. It makes me very unhappy.

It doesn't really work as a blender, or a food processor, or even as convenient as a blender would be. In an attempt to clean my hand, I cut my hand pretty badly with the blade. All you need to do is buy a vitamix. If you ask me, it was a waste of money. Where is the other blender attachment? And why does it have two bottles and only one attachment for the blend?.

Product is great, does what it is supposed to do. However, I feel this is a significant design flaw, specifically in the "food processor" part. I had thought that the design would prevent food from getting under the blade and into this groove area, but I found that this was not the case after using cubed frozen meat pieces that were frozen. There has been a lot of growth in this area and it is proving very challenging to clean I just want to make sure everyone is aware of this when they process raw meat. Ensure that area is cleaned out by taking the extra step. As compared to a blender, there is less movement in the joint area to clean in a food processor. In the first photo, the blender can be seen. In the second, the food processor can be seen. What I found out from it is the third point. It is also impossible to remove the bottom to gain access to that area.

I had been using a much older version of the Ninja blender for a very long time, and it finally began to wear out. A friend recommended this, and it is the best $250 I have spent. I used the food processor yesterday to chop vegetables and the NutriNinja for the morning smoothie, which speaks volumes about its versatility. I never thought I'd be so obsessed with a blender, but here I am! The blend is smooth and thorough. Highly recommended. I am extremely pleased with this product.
