How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

Using the 3 part blending system, you create vortexes with the blender's ribbed jar design, its asymmetric blade, and the Intelli-Speed Motor Control, which automatically senses contents and maintains the optimal speed for blending.
You can blend and mix most ingredients with ease, from kale and almonds to bananas, so that you can turn whole foods into smoothies quickly and easily.
You can create a range of textures using the variable speed dial, from smooth to chunky, or select from 3 preprogrammed recipes Ice Crush, Icy Drink, and
When the motor is set to Soft Start the motor begins at a slower speed and rises to the speed selected for food safety. When the motor reaches the selected speed the ingredients are drawn into the blade.
You can create more with your blender - 6-ounce. You can also get a 16-oz Personal Blender Jar Expansion Pack (KSB2030PJB)* if you have a small batch jar expansion pack (KSB2040BBB). These are separate items.
In addition to the model KSB4027, the kit includes (1) 56-ounce BPA-free blender jar and (1) lid for the blender jar

Questions & Answers

How about removing the blades and cleaning them?

It does not have a removable cover, but it has a clean cycle selection as well Pour about half a liter of warm water into the container. Put a couple drops of dish detergent in the container, shut the lid and select the clean cycle from the front knob - a few soft pulses and then a 10 second high speed setting Make sure to rinse it well That's all there is to it.

Is the container made of glass or plastic?

Since it is plastic, it will break. Weight is kept low, yet the strength of the material remains high.

Is it possible to chop and grind with the blender? Are smoothies the only thing they're designed for?

It is for that purpose that I use it

The blender was made in what country?

According to the label, it was assembled in the United States

This is heavy-duty The construction was excellent, but the controls were utterly idiotic
3/5

The first impression made by this blender is good. There's a big and heavy motor compartment in the middle, and the whole thing looks solid as a tank. Initially, the controls also appear to be well designed This seems to be a delightfully simple process The dial controls the speed and has an on/off switch. I hate it when that happens This was a totally naive assumption on my part. Using unfriendly newsprint paper) handy for reference on a small scale Functions that are used. If a guest (who hasn't read the manual) tries to use this blender, you will lose all control over it. Normally, you will get a reaction along the lines of "What the bleep-" The bleeping machine gives me a headache. What is it bleeping about? What is the reason for this. I would like to know how to I don't see why it won't. I guess I will conclude with saying, "Why didn't you just get a normal blender instead?" A speed control dial may appear simple, but within its dial are several options that allow it to take care of speed, blend There are obviously too many variables to handle when crushing ice, making a smoothy, or making a frozen drink, or even when cleaning the blender jar when it is used. For those complex and risky operations, you will have to bow to the superior judgement of your blender. However, the bottom line is that this is a solid package You can build a blender that is capable of handling As long as you don't mind the stupidly "intelligent" controls, the system probably won't let you down for years to come.

This blender measures up to the This blender measures up to the I just want to say that I love KitchenAid It is really hard to find a better customer service than theirs! Thus, I had to give this blender a try as soon as I saw it
5/5

My Vita Mix has been with me for over ten years, and I really like There is one thing I don't like about it This blender wouldn't be as cool without the glass, which is why I like it so much. In addition, it has a cool retro style which I really enjoyed. You can play with the blending speed settings as you would with the Vita Mix so you can adjust it to your needs. A motor that was nearly as powerful as that of my Vitamix was found in this machine. My blender was able to prepare nut butters without any issues, which for me is the ultimate test of a In my opinion, the best part is having the pitcher in glass and I also like the fact that the rim of the pitcher is uniform throughout rather than having gaps at the bottom and widening toward the top like on the Vitamix. As a result, you can feel a little bit of instability when trying to set the pitcher on the counter. In terms of price, this is not a cheap blender, but since it is not a blender at all, it is In addition to the price being much lower than a Vitamix, I also think it is a great.

The quality of what you pay for is what you get
4/5

No way am I going to pay $500 or $600 for a blender if "Vitamix" wants to There are several colors to choose from, and it looks nice on my counter. Smoothies, chopping veggies, ice gets crushed as well (it works well for Smoothies and Chopping). I only have an issue with the loud noise! So far, I have only purchased this item, so the test will be on its durability with regular As far as I can tell, everything is going well! Updates will be provided in six months.

I'm not sure what this is for
3/5

It's expensive. This blender has been in my possession since November of 2019. I researched it extensively before buying it. Although I considered the Vitamix or the Blendtec machines, I decided on this one because it seemed like a sturdy machine that I could compare to, but for a lower price.

The good reviews for this machine were also decisive in my decision. I never put ice in the machine or pieces of ice that could cause the pitcher to break or the motor to slow down. In order to get the best results out of the machine, I would gently pulse the food several times to break up the food first, followed by My efforts in November and December 2019 were to be very careful so the blender would last a long time.

I used the blender less than 20 times in November and December. My opinion was that it was okay and it worked well. This machine was bought to make smoothies but I ran out of juice after just a few weeks. The machine remained unused for almost a whole year before I used it Earlier this week (November 2020), my wife actually used the blender. To make a salad dressing, she only used liquid ingredients and handled them delicately. A terrible grinding sound emerged from the machine, and after cleaning the pitcher, we found that the blade component had loosened up and was bouncing around the bottom. Our food was melted and shredded, and there was plastic in it. I attached some pictures to this post for your review. There was no response from the Kitchen Aid website when I asked about a replacement part. didn't give up after being on hold for nearly an hour. Unfortunately, I was unable to connect to the chat. Furthermore, the parts page of the website was not of any help. The machine I barely used and no longer has any value is now outdated and useless, but I'm now stuck with it. The Kitchen Aid company and this machine are not recommended for me, as you can imagine. The products of Kitchen Aid have been a big favorite of ours for many years, and many of our appliances originated I will be the last person to purchase from this organization after my experience with this product and the impossible experience with the Kitchen Aid website.

I am disappointed by your response
3/5

I have sent a reply. Pros are that it is nicely designed and seems to be well-made. This is what the cons are. I felt awful when I heard that. There was a sway in the drive between the compressor motor and the pitcher of the blender. It sounded like the gears were grinding a lot. All that means that this is an inefficient machine. And given that the gear mechanism is plastic, I am not sure I can trust it to last. In my search for the ideal place to put our classic Osterizer Beehive, we have had it for about four The new one works fine and is much quieter than the old one.

It's an amazing value at a quality blender
5/5

The quality is exceptional for the price. I find this blender to be the best Only complaint I have is that there is no lid or cap for easy pouring. (First world problem) Other than that, it is easy to use, and it is automatic It has a timer shutoff that's convenient, and all in all, it's very powerful for its size. Someone who says the controls are too complex probably shouldn't be using a blender or anything to do with sharp edges.
