The manufacturer would be the best source of information.
After baking it at 350 for over an hour, it came out beautifully. As far as we know, the string has not disintegrated. The same pot I use for cooking can be used to steep tea, so I don't see a problem.
There are 2 millimeters of thickness to it.

This is the first time I've used kitchen string so I don't have much to compare it to. When a recipe called for trussing a chicken a few months ago, I knew I was going to be in for a learning experience after consulting the good folks at realized it was time to buy I got a lot of product from Prime so that it will probably last me a It works like a charm!.
Whether or not we eat or allow those things to come in contact with our food, we are very particular about what we consume. I hear rumors in DC that our beef intake is going to be limited as a result of the new regulation. Hence, I figured I would spice things up by wrapping some thick sliced bacon around my steak. It's so amazing! This twine does not require special tools to be used. My family and I were very pleased with the product and end result. We enjoyed eating this very much!.
The string is very good, and it is made of cotton. I like it because it is not frayed or 'fuzzy' like some of the cheap stuff at dollar stores. A good knot that stays in under tension or heat and ties well. There are a number of ways I have used it, such as tying roasts, Rouladens, trussing chickens, etc. You could even use it for household items outside the kitchen when you were cooking turkeys. I have an Amazon Prime membership so I do not pay for shipping. I had a great string for a good price. In terms of price, you could probably find the same item cheaper in a kitchen store. If you have to pay for shipping, you could probably get a better deal there. I am assuming that you are willing to drive to the store in order to save yourself the shipping fees.
A twine that stands up to kitchen use has finally been found. For trussing roasts and adding sparkle to a dish, try using this twine It is best not to cut into turkey meat when carving the bird.
The skin of a pork butt was wrapped up with this material before it was smoked. I enjoyed using this pan during the cooking process and it held up well.
I had a good experience shopping on Amazon like I always do. My order was delivered on time, and it was everything that it claimed to be. However, I am still learning to cook, and I am finding that roasting chicken is much more tedious than buying one of the rotisserie chickens from It's okay to have it since I can use it for other things in the future that will require the string. I might find a seasoning recipe one day that will make it worthwhile. Still, I'm glad I have it so that I can transfer it to other things they require.
I use it all the time. At a reasonable price, it's a good deal for twine.
