It's a Chinese product. Made in China is written on the bottom of the box. However, it does an excellent job of keeping my water chilled.
No, not at all. The following is taken from the igloo website/instructions for care: Before the first use, hand wash the hydration vessel and lid in warm soapy water. Hands should be washed frequently. The lids can be washed on the top shelf of the dishwasher. Allow for complete drying by leaving the lid off. To safely remove stains or discoloration from the inside of your tumbler, use white distilled vinegar or baking soda. Rinse thoroughly with warm water after cleaning and repeat if necessary. Do not put in dishwasher because the insulation properties and painted finish may be harmed. The hydration vessel and lid should not be frozen. Do not use bleach, chlorine, or cleaners with harsh abrasives to clean your product; it should not be placed on the stove or in the microwave.

The first one, which I bought about three years ago, is still operational. This is the second time I've bought one. The first one, which I used for camping, fishing, and work, was about three years ago. The majority of the day is still spent with ice. It's been so badly battered that it can't even sit up. br>br>I purchased a second one for use at work.

3- Doesn't keep ice for long periods of time. It only lasts 5 hours, and there doesn't appear to be enough insulation.
