  I bought this carafe so that we could have hot water on hand while working outside in the winter. I have an electric tea kettle, but it only heats water for immediate use and does not keep it warm. During the summer, our carafe will also not collect dust. Because of the extra-large size, I can easily add ice cubes to cold summer drinks because of the large opening. Except for the lid and handle, the entire carafe is made of stainless steel, and the top can be removed for cleaning. We tested the temperature of our carafe when it arrived. I added boiling water (199 degrees) and let it sit for 26 hours before using a digital thermometer to check the temperature again. The temperature inside the carafe was 137 degrees, so I quickly removed my fingers after inserting them. . . it was still very hot. Our purchase has exceeded our expectations. br> It's fashionable, functional, and appears to be well-made.

I also enjoy sitting out on the patio every morning with my hot coffee, but I used to have to return inside several times to get more or re-fill my cup. My cup needs to be heated. This coffee carafe helps me save time and money by keeping my coffee hot. When I have visitors over, we can all enjoy several cups without having to get up, whether we're inside or out on the patio! I can get 8 to 10 cups of coffee depending on the size of my cup/mug. Every one of the 12 cups is just as hot as the first!br>Whether it's coffee, tea, or whatever we're drinking, the inside remains hot while the outside remains cool to the touch. And on hot days in the yard, I can fill it with ice water, lemonade, or whatever I want, and it stays cold all day; the ice doesn't melt, and there's no condensation. The large-scale It's simple to add ice and even simpler to clean with the mouth opening. br>Last week, we took it on a 6-hour road trip and had hot, delicious coffee the entire time; we didn't even have to stop at Starbucks! br>This carafe comes highly recommended!.

This is the third time I've tried a brand. I spend 12 hours per day at my desk. I'll never use the glass ones again after using this product for 14 hours a day - I alternate between tea, coffee, and margaritas when I'm in the mood. They stayed hot for about 5-6 hours before becoming warm for about 2/3 hours. The margaritas stayed cold for about 5-6 hours, but to be honest, I think I drank them all before that. The boss is completely unaware of what is going on. I don't like making coffee, but I need it for work, and I only drink it throughout the day, so I was getting tired of reheating it. Delivery was quick, and the packaging was excellent. Cleaning is a breeze. It has a professional appearance and is light in weight. So far, there have been no issues, and I would recommend it to anyone who dislikes having to reheat their coffee!.

I'd try something different next time. To that end, it accomplishes what it sets out to do. br>br>I was surprised to discover that the top portion is entirely made of plastic, with the exception of a few rubber gaskets. With a solid metal base, having a plastic top that isn't metal seems out of place. The top button part of the device appears to be at risk of breaking and rendering it useless. There's also a twist top on the top part. It takes a few tries to get the threading just right, and I'm afraid I'll break it in the process. So I make it a point to do it carefully. br>br>Another issue I have with this is the shape of the handle. It's awkward to hold the pot and press the button; I don't have the biggest hands, but I find that in order to balance the weight of the pot, I have to lower my hand, making it more difficult to reach the button. I end up applying a lot of force to the button, which feels as if it might break again.

My coffee is best when it is steaming hot. While my coffee is brewing, I fill this carafe halfway with hot water and set it aside for 15 minutes. It will take 20 minutes. I guess I didn't wait long enough. This method allowed my old carafe to keep my coffee hot for hours. However, with this carafe, you'll be able to do two things: 1- My coffee is only just warm after 3 hours. I don't want to waste time microwaving water until it boils, then pouring it into the carafe and letting it sit for a long time; plus, pouring it was difficult. I'd always end up dripping a little. I didn't want to have to return it because it was inconvenient. At the very least, my coffee does not burn in this carafe. So there you have it, the reason for the two stars.

br>br>Now that we have a baby, we have been transitioning a lot of our household items from the white, clean, minimalist style to the black Scandinavian style. We replaced our white couch with a black one after it became stained with baby spit up and other stains. Our USB charging cables are now black instead of white, and our dishtowels are black instead of white, as we try to move away from things that require a lot of cleaning and upkeep. I was tempted to get the white because that's what I would have chosen previously, but I went with the black instead, and it's easily one of my favorite purchases of the summer. Because it looks so good, I have it out instead of storing it in our cupboard. And, yes, it stands up to our cold brew tea: ) As a result, I can't say enough about how much I like the black! Get it. You're not going to be let down.

The product was well-packaged, and instructions were included. Instead of using suction cups and attempting to pry them off, the top twists off, which is more convenient. This lid came off easily with a few turns of the screwdriver. The mouth is large enough to pour things in as well as clean. Because most people have reviewed it for hot drinks, I used it with cold milk to test the insulation. It tasted great even though it was kept cool on the counter. It would be useful to keep coffee hot at your desk so you wouldn't have to get up to refill it.
