They appear to be identical, but the tray saves a little mess if you're entertaining.
Yes. It can be used with any type of liquid. However, if you use milk, you may need to clean the pump more frequently.

In the summer, I give my garbage men frozen gatorade, and in the winter, I serve hot chocolate to them. Around 7:30 a. m. , I fill this with hot water from my water dispenser, and it is still piping hot when the garbage men arrive (around 9:00 a. m. ). I prepare a go cup filled with hot chocolate, a spoon, and marshmellows for them. They're the most amazing men I've ever met.
I live in Florida, and I've recently been without power for over a week, and I've been missing my coffee terribly. Now that I have it, I use it on a daily basis. I discovered that it keeps coffee warm for a long time, but if it's preheated, it keeps it hot and fresh for even longer. I fill it with hot water and let it sit for 30-45 minutes. After 45 minutes, I'm still drinking coffee after 6 or 7 hours; because it holds so much, I've only used it for one pot of coffee, which fills it about halfway. I believe it would be hot even if it was full 8- It's been ten hours.
I'm ecstatic about my purchase! These were purchased in pairs. They did an excellent job. Our coffee and hot chocolate were kept warm by them. It's possible to connect their bases. I really like the way they look on the counter. They're ideal for gatherings with family and friends, as well as birthday parties and holidays. They provide you with a specially shaped scrub brush to make cleaning the pots between uses as simple as possible. I would recommend simply drying them thoroughly after each use and storing them between uses. I like these a lot. I'm not sure if I'm being greedy, but I'm thinking about getting a third so I can have one for coffee, one for hot chocolate, and one for hot tea at our get-togethers!.
It performs admirably. I would strongly suggest it. Early in the morning, I fill my tea pot on the stove (twice). Pour everything into a thermos and call it a day. It is available at all times. I think it's better than one-minute electric kettles because I can get hot water at any time of day and don't have to wait for it; it's always ready.
It is no longer able to retain heat. The design is fantastic. But. We bought this to hold our au'jus sauce for our French Dips. br>Our hot liquids are stone cold in less than 6 hours. For the first month or so, everything seemed to be fine. It was never harmed by us. It still looks new, but it doesn't keep the heat in.
The hot chocolate stayed hot for ten hours, and it was well worth the money.
I bought two of these for my employees' coffee service. It only lasted a few weeks. Both have a blown vacuum seal. Coffee spilled into the vacuum chamber, and it was cold within 30 minutes of brewing. This is a terrible product.
It's still hot after 24 hours; I've only had it for a week, but I'm really enjoying it. I'm hoping that the high standard continues.
