The glass mugs can be heated in the microwave. Before putting the mug in the microwave, please take out the metal lid and plastic straw.br>Becky for Darware
The mugs are made of lead-free flint glass with steel lids and are BPA-free. Lined with free plastisol. The straws cannot be washed in the dishwasher, but the glasses can. Thermal shock must be considered when filling the mugs with hot liquid. Make sure the mugs aren't cold when you're ready to fill them, and gently warm them by filling them halfway with warm water and then pouring it out. Then slowly pour a little at a time into the mugs to allow the glass to warm up to the temperature. This should eliminate the thermal shock, allowing you to drink your hot beverage from your creepy mug. br>I hope that this information is useful.

They were delivered to me, and one of them is broken. It's unclear whether it broke before or after delivery. I don't want to send back the other three because I like them, but one of them is completely broken.
Last year, I looked at similar items, but the cost of one jar was comparable to the cost of all four of these. They're well-made and sturdy. All of the containers arrived in perfect condition, complete with lids and reusable straws. It is a good size. I had no trouble fitting a full can of Diet Pepsi and a few ounces of Malibu Rum.
My husband is likely to lose the straws, but that's fine because it's still very functional without them. Good deal.
Nothing was broken because they were delivered in a very safe manner. They appear to be fantastic. They are one of my favorite things to work with. Iced tea is a good choice. They appear to be fantastic. like a classic mason hat with a twist of edginess.
I didn't like having to dig glass splinters from my palm. br>br>I'm not sure how I was supposed to return the broken glass in order to receive my money back. br>br>Pffft made it a pain to return it, so I guess I paid $20 for two glasses, three of which had dented lids.
The quality and longevity of these astounded me. They have a good amount of weight to them. This is a company that I will buy from again.

I was concerned because I hadn't seen all of the reviews claiming that their glasses had arrived broken until after I had placed my order, but they all arrived in perfect condition. The caps have a nice rubber/plastic lining around the hole to keep the straw in place and prevent spillage (don't hold it upside down or anything, but it won't leak if it's tilted too far). Overall, they've exceeded my expectations!.
