I think this is the best one we've ever had. The strainer is made of heavy duty materials but is pretty and easy to pour with one hand. I am very happy with my

About five inches of glass is embedded in the surface The standard width is 7 inches, so we recommend a 7-inch frame Muddler with a diameter of 1 inch.
You could certainly make a margarita in this mixing glass because I've made margaritas in drinking glasses before. Mojitos can be made the same way, in a glass, and then club soda can be added after you stir, so you are also able to do that in the mixing glass.

If anyone who uses the standard juniper spoon for filtering ice uses this mixing glass as a mixed drink glass and places their spoon on top as usual, they will find their spoon will not fit inside the mixing glass. The fact remains, however. There is someone out there who might believe that this design is clever by accident, or perhaps I am that inventive. This particular design is better than any standard size or larger mixing glass found in existing Smaller mixing glasses like this one may require a juniper spoon to be slightly turned sideways in order to fit properly inside. This is because the glass is smaller than a standard juniper spoon. In order to twist it, you need to do so first. There's an accidental genius part of this find, or perhaps I'm the genius, in the fact that the spoon cannot be removed once it's angled to pour (i. e. I'm locked out of it). It is now possible to pour without finger slippage without fear of messing up. As long as the finger does not press on it, it is locked in. You'll love it!.
The reason why is as follows. This product was purchased over similar ones because it was more affordable and had higher Now that I have used it, I can say that it works as well as any other mixing glass. There is a wide mouth on the glass and the stem is straight. There are four sides to it and a heavy bottom to make it stable. In order to ensure accurate pouring, the lip has a small indentation for the spout. It's convenient so I started using it as a holder for my common bar tools when I found that it was not that expensive. I really like how everything fits in there Stack a double jigger on top, put a muddler next to it, add a bar spoon, have a Hawthorne strainer, and place an olive toothpick on the bottom. It was suggested that they could further improve the design by making the mouth wider so you could fit a glass in it like a Boston shaker so I could replace my metallic cocktail shaker with this one. In the current configuration, the opening of the mixing glass is the same size as the opening of an old fashioned, so they cannot conjoin. Though I realized this isn't what this glass is intended for, I had no idea I would be using it for so many different things, so it makes sense to have it do the rest. If I had to choose again, I would buy it.
Using gin from my freezer, I made Martini #2 for the night. I had poured the gin into the first mixing glass and it went fine. The second glass cracked the moment I added the gin. The ingredients you find in bars and restaurants do not belong in your kitchen. In any case, it was watertight (ginstight? Fortunately, I was able to finish making my martini before I had to leave ). Despite its failure, it at least did not waste alcohol. But it's the last swig it will get, since it's going in the garbage.
You could mix drinks with spirit if they are alcohol-based An excellent mixing glass pays off in the long run. By vigorously mixing the drink in this glass, prior to pouring into the serving glass (over ice), the drink will remain colder longer, and the ice will not melt as quickly in the serving glass. Also, it is easy to mix doubles or multiple drinks in this large glass. I recommend that you try and pre-empt this final trick You can chill the glass with ice. Drinks are made by me and served around the time of It has to be cold enough to prevent the components in the drink from warming up, and everything used in the making of the drink must stay extremely cold. The preparation of this drink required a mixing glass before it could be made Two serving glasses need to be chilled (one for mixing and one for serving). These days, all I keep in the deep freeze is a spare mixing glass, and a glass with an ultra wide mouth You need cold ice and spirit for the drinks, which come out perfectly )
You can mix your favorite cocktails with style by adding a good quality bar spoon and a dash of technique!.
I'm happy to offer anyone any drink they want - You're entering the bar area, stocking the I love that its small enough to store drinks or to lightly swirl orange peels after they've been peeled. Despite being nicely weighted on the bottom, the tumbler won't slide or move while you mix your favorite drink.
I especially like the weight and feel of this mixing glass. It looks very solid. No instructions are given on how to clean. It is unclear whether the dishcloth can be safely washed in the dishwasher (as stated in the product description on Amazon) or if it should be hand washed (as stated on the box it came in). It's better to err on the side of caution when hand washing. This has only been in my possession for a short period of time so I can't comment on its durability, but for now I would buy it.
This is a very well-made product. The product looked great in my home bar, and I was very satisfied with it. It has a simple and understated form factor, and is made of sturdy glass that gives it a solid, sturdy feel. It is relatively heavy and very thick at the bottom. Mixing cocktails will be a breeze with this blender. Hand washing would be more effective, since it would be top heavy in a dishwasher due to its design, and I'd be worried that it might fall over and break.
This set is heavy, does a great job (much larger than expected-a good thing), and my OXO cocktail strainer fits on top effortlessly. I am giving four stars only because I noticed a tiny chip in the middle of the glass upon opening the box (nice packaging too, by the way) When I say this, I mean from the inside of the glass to the outside. That appears to be incredibly sturdy. I hope that will not be a problem. This is an excellent book,.
