Dishware of the highest quality. I'm not sure if cleaning it is simple because that is a peasant's job. In the dishwasher, the paint doesn't even chip, and it comes out shinier than Mr. Clean's bald ass head. A++.

They were a gift from my husband for our wedding anniversary. They've only been around for a couple of years. a period of three weeks They claim to be dishwasher and microwave safe (though they do get hot in the microwave), but I've already had three plates crack in the microwave. I used the warranty card and emailed the company, only to receive an email that said "this email no longer accepts email correspondence. " " Neither their customer service number nor their email address worked. So, here I am, writing a review that I wish I didn't have to write, but these plates are incredible. But, because I meal prep, I specifically requested microwave-safe dishes from my husband. Be wary of plates that break!.

And in the first box, there was not a single chipped or broken piece. I was stunned because I expected the majority of them to be smashed when I saw the box they arrived in. Either the dishes are extremely long-lasting or I am extremely fortunate. The second box was just as bad (it arrived a day later), and I only had one large plate with a minor chip on the rim, which I will contact Elama about getting a replacement for. After that experience, I'll give an update. br>br>I adore the appearance of the dishes - Each one appears to be hand-painted, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they hold up against my clumsy family. I purchased a Seashell and White Sand (off-the-shelf) item. To mix and match, use one of the Malibu Waves (turquoise) and one of the white Malibu Waves. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> The warranty service was simple and quick: Elama sent me a replacement plate, which arrived in a well-padded box to ensure its safe arrival. They provided excellent customer service! br>br>My family and I have been enjoying our new dinnerware! One thing I like about it is that when you reheat food or liquids in the microwave, the plates, bowls, and mugs do not get too hot, but the food/liquids do. This dinnerware comes highly recommended, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase!.

It's stunning! The plates are quite substantial and long-lasting. They arrived safely, and none of them were broken. We got two orders for eight place settings in the end. My husband's cereal will fit in the bowls as well!.

So I just got the robin's egg blue set in the mail today. I like the color, but two of the bowls are chipped, which is unfortunate. I'm not sure who I should contact in order to get a replacement. I was about to buy another set, so it's a bummer!.

When I first saw these dishes, I fell in love with them and immediately placed an order! When I finally got the package and washed the dishes; On the bottom of one of the bowls, there was a chip. I dialed the number on the box's phone card. They were extremely pleasant and took care of everything; there was no fuss. I also received a new bowl from the company. I've never had an experience like this before. This is a company that I would strongly suggest purchasing from. So, in any case, I adore my dishes. They're a little heavier, but I don't mind because the color is neutral and goes with any decor, and they're simple to clean.

It was precisely what I had been looking for! I purchased two sets because I frequently entertain guests. They're hefty, but not excessively so. I had to wait a little while for them to arrive, but they did so much earlier than they said they would.
