Do not squander your hard-earned cash on this low-cost item. br>Item has only been used twice. The light was turned off on the second day. The bottom heating element melted as well. shattered in half I attempted to reach out to the seller but was unsuccessful. There has been no reply. Additionally, the customer service is atrocious.
This food warmer falls far short of my expectations. The lightbulb stopped working after two weeks of routine use. The lightbulb in the rocker switch went out a week later. The thermostat worked until we couldn't come up with a good number to keep the heating temperature stable, at which point it stopped working. It is no longer alive. br>br>In January 2021, I placed an order for this food warmer for my restaurant. On February 14th, it ceased to function. Yescom, the seller, sent a standard e-mail response. The issue of the equipment's inoperableness is never mentioned in the letter. It appears that they are either unable to communicate in English or are unconcerned about the fact that I purchased the sub-titles. They produce a standard product. br>br>Amazon should investigate this seller and learn about their return policy, which states that the Return Window ended on February 13th, one day before the food warmer broke down. They continue to talk to me after I pointed out the design flaws and requested that they send the part so that I could repair the equipment.

I received my tier food warmer on time, and the packaging was satisfactory; however, when I removed the unit from the box, I noticed that the light socket was hanging down from the light housing. I could see that it wasn't secured when I looked at it. When I contacted the company, they promptly corrected the situation. Apart from that, the warmer is fine. br>br>Thank you for your help.
The temperature rises quickly. It has a temperature range of 20 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, and I set it to 60 degrees Fahrenheit, which caused my food to burn. It didn't come with instructions on what setting to use for what temperature. That 45-minute rule was something I needed to learn. The temperature of 50 was ideal for keeping the foods warm.
We received the package and have finally had a chance to open it and set up the Warner for our upcoming promotion. Several places on the top of the warmer are dented. We took it out and put it back in because the light inside was flickering and dim at best, and it had completely stopped working. I haven't plugged it in yet because I don't want it to cause any problems.
The glass door exploded when I opened it, which was brand new and ready to use. I don't know how, why, or what went wrong. My quartz counter was chipped, and glass shards shattered all over me. This is a very dangerous situation.
